Girls, I choose the stove. There is Moulinex-tortured to repair the bucket-wedge scapula. The husband says, there are no stoves now, so that without these problems there are. Share how long do your stoves last? Is it worth taking it?

Panasonic do not want?
Anas * tasiy @
I do not know. I heard that Hitachi has served for a long time, I don't know about Panasonic.
Admin
If the question is about a pure Japanese woman HITACHI, then the model is very easy to operate, and practical
My hitachi still works, although it was bought somewhere in 1994-6, and it works without a single repair ... and all my recipes-master classes are made on hitachi -303

Another thing is that hitachi are no longer released, as far as I know.
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you! I found one suggestion on Avito. They offer Hitachi 301. But in stores, yes, they are not, I don't even know the price of a new one.
Admin

The Hitachi301 is an earlier model than the Hitachi303, but they are not much different - both are practical
Anas * tasiy @
🔗
Look at this ...
Admin
The menu is the same as the 303 model, there are three types of bread, dough, pastries.
The instructions are very well written and detailed, they rarely write instructions like that
If you don't have a glass, you can buy it in the store - a 250 ml glass. with divisions

From the announcement:
Hitachi hb-c 103 bread maker was used at the dacha once, in working order the instruction book is available, two measuring spoons. I sell because we don't bake.

Affordable price. It is worth checking it out when you buy it. And so ... a decent price for a x / stove
Anas * tasiy @
Okay, I'll write to the seller. It's a pity, I live far away, I can't check it ... The announcement is in Moscow, and I'm in Orenburg.
Anas * tasiy @
But how can you check it at such a distance? problematic ...
Admin

Then just take the seller's word
Talk, ask in detail what and how much she worked, what was baked, and so on ...
Anas * tasiy @

We'll have to do that.
Admin
What year of manufacture, who is the manufacturer of the x / stove? It must be Japan - both on the x / stove and in the instructions it is noted
Admin
Quote: Anas * tasiy @

We'll have to do that.

Good luck! A good model to understand "do I need it?", In the sense of baking bread in a x / oven
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you!
Me-nada !!! Even more for kneading than baking. My moulinex is one and a half kg, and this one, you see, is small. My will would have three different things.
Admin

A bucket from a hitachi can easily take 500 grams of flour for dough and bread.
But I always tried to bookmark 350-400 grams of flour - for the best mixing of the dough, and the quality of the bread depends on it.

For preparation, a theme made just on the basis of Hitachi303 UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD very useful later

And to help the section CONTENTS OF THE SECTION "BASICS OF KNEADING AND BAKING"

Good luck!
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you, went to watch!

Isn't it expensive for b. at. 3000 r?
Moulinex what model, what with the shoulder blades?
Anas * tasiy @
Now, I don't know ... I have Moulinex with two shoulder blades, a heum baguette. Maybe someone will tell you where you can buy a new bowl for it? Well, with this question I will go to another Temka.
A citizen
Anas * tasiy @,
Manufacturers have the principle that they buy new, so the bowl will be more expensive than the new HP.
What is the model and what are the problems with the shoulder blades?
Anas * tasiy @
Model OW 5004, oil seal leaks and shaft wedges, as I understand it. The bucket was repaired twice.
A citizen
Anas * tasiy @,
Powerful unit.
Do you need exactly 1.5 kg?
Maybe for 3 tons. see something new, not b. at.?
On the Yandex market, for example, my Supra-230 from 3245 rubles, for 4 years now, nothing flows, perfectly cooks not only dough and bakery bricks, but also jam.
Designed for 1 kg.
There are other inexpensive ones, obviously it will be much cheaper than a new bucket for the old HP.
For example, for mine, I wanted to take the second, so it's cheaper than 5.5 tons. I did not find it, manufacturers do it on purpose to buy new HP.
Anas * tasiy @
Yes, we probably need to consider these options as well. Yes, I’m not against the new one, my husband says = salt now for us Moulinex or what? last year bought from = for a bucket for 1000 rubles, now two are, but the bucket and the second do not work.

for example my Supra-230

This is what I do not advise taking, because all the Supra models I tested them in due time: and the quality of the batch-baking leaves much to be desired, and rumbles, and the dispenser works with such a roar that I sat down from surprise half the way, at 4 5 meters from him

Oh, even binaton, next to the supra is just a sweetheart, I also tested it, and in the binaton 2169 section there are my recipes and photos of bread (at the very beginning of the topic)
A citizen
Admin,
Well, it will probably get there, I know people who have moulinex, and there are no problems either.
What do you recommend yourself?

Anas * tasiy @,
Look at smaller HPs, they are more reliable.
The same Panasonic seems to be reliable, but the price is unreasonably high, the cheapest is like 3 mine.
Anas * tasiy @
So that's the same !!! Whoever gets it! And the cheap ones get durable ones, and I know expensive ones that have not worked for my friends for over a year, the same LG. Here Panasonic is really good, but the brand is expensive.
svetn
I am very pleased with my "hitachi", I have had it for seven years. I do not bake bread often, maybe once or twice a month, but for kneading dough (pies, buns for breakfast, pizza, pasties or dumplings for dinner) I use it 2-3 times a week. Now, in the season of harvesting, I cook jam or jam in a bread maker, but you can't do much at once, the ideal volume for making jam is about 700 grams, it suits me. Over the years of operation, the Teflon coating on the kneading spatula only slightly scratched, the bucket is in excellent condition. I advise.
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you! Here, only that Hitachi disappeared from Avito, and the seller did not answer me even once. Apparently sold earlier. So while I'm in flight.
A citizen
Anas * tasiy @,
Then look at the new one from the inexpensive ones.
They were buzzing about Panasonic, but I decided to take an inexpensive unit for a try, I liked the Supra-230, and I don't need any Panasonic, I'm more than happy, I bake about a day later, but with cooking jam, so generally every day for a month works.
Anas * tasiy @
A citizen, so, for sure, if it does not last many years, it’s not a pity to change it for another.
A citizen
Anas * tasiy @,
I have been working for more than 4 years, and I took it just like that - "try it, and there will be enough."
Given the load, I would not say that it is bad, and even if it breaks down, I will again take exactly this, from Panasonic during this time I completely cooled down.
Anas * tasiy @
4 years is not enough already! My Moulinex worked for 2 years, but we used it every day and several times, a big family.
Basik
Anas * tasiy @, I have a hitachi of 303 for 14 years. During the operation, it became yellowish on top (it is not washed off) and the bucket cover partially deteriorated, but the bread pops up just as easily. as before. Bakes great, bread and muffins are evenly baked. Kneading the dough is also great. I never made jam and jam in it.
Albina
Anas * tasiy @, I was looking for a second Hitachi for myself through the Internet. And the first one daily kneaded bread for 600 g of flour, as indicated in the recipe for HP. And the first one worked for me for 10 years with a ponytail And mine was sent to me, it came a little rumpled. Because the seller packed it in a simple box. Ask for at least some foam or bubble wrap.

So it seems to me.

My Mulinex worked for 2 years, but we used it every day and several times, the family is big.
I have more than 200 loaves of bread and about 30 preserves a year.
Elina
How interesting. I also have Moulinex with baguettes, and today, not that it broke, but began to leak slightly. That is, you can knead the dough, but bake ... alas! More than 6 years of almost daily work.

Climbed to watch HP on Avito. Found a Hitachi new at a more than affordable price. We called the owners, the year of release was 2008, strained. What do you think, friends, is it worth taking? What to look for?

Boys are not asked, but I can insert my "five kopecks" if interested - my "girl" (and nothing else) Hitachi HB-C103 has been working for over 20 years. Bakes bread and that's it. We do not cook, we do not knead ..., only we bake - white and Borodino. I changed the oil seal. This knot must be protected. Now I sell, because there is a new HB 100. If there is an opportunity to buy a new one, take it and do not hesitate. What is new and beautiful today does not mean the best.
Pirozhulya
Owners of Hitachi 100, can you please tell me at the present time is it worth buying a Hitachi 100 bread maker?
There is an opportunity to buy a new one.
Or is it still worth buying Panasonic?
Admin
Hitachi 100 and 300 are very good bread makers, excellent. Easy to operate and practical.
My x / furnace has been working perfectly for over 20 years without repairs - normal flight!

I did all my bread master classes on bread in Hitachi 303, you can see it here:
Contents of the section "Basics of kneading and baking"

and in my profile https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&action=profile

But - the Hitachi brand has not been producing these models of x / stoves for a long time!
veterok
My Hitachi - 303 is also 21 years old and still works. Nice stove.
Pirozhulya
Thanks everyone for the answers.
The bread maker is sold "hand-held" but completely new in a box with instructions, etc. even a spare oil seal is available

Nice stove.
How old is the stove? Perhaps not even working, but the rubber grommets are dry. They have this property. Better to work. And be that as it may, I would buy a new one, although I do not like Panasonic. Or let's see the price. If the price is sweet, then you can buy Hitachu. Will work out its
Pirozhulya
The seller says that, ideally, it was kept in a native box .. everything has a pristine appearance .. she hardly ever baked bread at least once))
Issue probably still of the 90s
Pirozhulya
I bought it
Is Hitachi a Good Bread Maker? Question to the owners

Is Hitachi a Good Bread Maker? Question to the owners

Question to the owners, tell the girls that the scapula should touch the bottom when you insert it into the bucket?
In my Kenwoods, it is inserted all the way, but there is a small gap here ... is this how it should be, or am I not inserting correctly?

Such a sweetheart, tiny, neat, quiet

Question to the owners, tell the girls should the scapula touch the bottom when you insert it into the bucket?

With your purchase! Clean pretty x / stove
Yes, there is a backlash with the bottom - normal.

How and what to bake - an excellent instruction with recipes (if available with the purchase). And you can use my recommendations - all my master classes are made on Hitachi 303.
See section Contents of the section "Basics of kneading and baking"
and theme UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD
Pirozhulya
This is not the new one that I wrote above))
Found a used (this) for 600 hryvnia .. it was a sin not to buy
Without instruction, a glass and a measuring spoon, but this good is enough. I downloaded the instruction and studied it.
Thank you all for your congratulations !!
Admin
Quote: Pirogue

Where is this gap to look at?

You can touch it slightly if you crawl to the bottom of the bucket with your finger, under the shoulder blade. And the blade can be loose on the shaft. I poured some vegetable oil on this place when kneading.
Pirozhulya
Admin, I’m the fool .. I asked myself and forgot ...
The scapula sits tightly, but not to the bottom .. I got used to the fact that in my kenwoods the shovel is up to the end, so I got worried.
I kneaded the dough super, the bucket was washed, the bun licked everything))
