In addition to freezing the pulp,pomace sauce, new ways described by Luda Lapp1, I usually make very convenient sweet preparations, which are very convenient to use for pies and pies (they will not flow and crush the dough), for cottage cheese, for cheese cakes, for porridge and just for toast. In general, we take squeezes and dense foam-puree from the surface of the juice, mix, weigh and add the required amount of sugar, leave for 30-40 minutes to give the remaining juice, add citric acid (the amount depends on the acidity of the fruit) and some spices are possible (e.g. cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, grated zest, ginger ...). Break with a blender and bring to a boil over low heat with continuous stirring. This is important because the consistency is thick. We put them in sterilized jars no higher than the hangers (otherwise it will run away in the micra), cover them with lids (do not close, but cover them!) And put them in the microwave. Sterilize twice at full power at the rate of 1 minute for every 0.5 liter with a break of 2-3 minutes. So I put 4 cans of 0.5 liters for 4 minutes - 2 minutes break - another 4 minutes. We close the lids hermetically and turn the jar onto the lid.
