  • So we send the breadwinner on a fishing trip, continuing to snore sweetly in a warm bed until the "breadwinner" returns. Next, we take the tench, without cleaning it (neither scales, nor insides), make oblique-vertical cuts from both barrels so that the bones can then be ignored (they disappear somewhere), put them in the smokehouse, add water, chips to the cup and turn on the hot smoking mode for 15 - 20 minutes, no more. The time depends on the size of the fish. Those in the picture, 500 grams each, smoked them for 20 minutes. After the smoking time, turn off the smokehouse and let the fish cool down there. We take out, pour and bon appetit

To clean the tench is a waste of time, the scales are so small and so dense that they are ripped off right from the skin. Do you need it? The fat is in the skin.
