  • Cover the form with a flat plate and turn it over. This is what the casserole looks like. Unfortunately, the photo did not work out very well. For some reason, it is very tanned upwards, it will not be possible to reshoot (everything was pulled apart piece by piece) But here is a photo of a piece of casserole that captured just such a top of the finished casserole.

Yes, he is not tanned, Natashul! And, beautifully - enticing! And, already, a piece - in general, deliciously appetizing!
Thank you, golden, for the fact that "how many wonderful discoveries Natulya has brought to us with micros!"
Natalishka
Irishka, thank you for looking at my recipes. Yes, I was really upset about what a photo is: girl_red: But I baked in the morning, and I'm posting the recipe now. It seems when I was shooting everything was fine. It's good that the piece seems to work out
Gaby

Jiri
Natalia, I got hooked, mother, got hooked, on your recaps
Natalishka
Irina, but at my house everyone is already used to it. And they just look in: And today what?
Today I got a slow cooker from Ozone ...... My husband says: what about cooking in 6 minutes? : lol: And me: I still won't give up the microwave
Jiri
Natalia, I brought waffles and a caramel charlotte to work for tea today, they quickly figured out that recently I was carried away by the microwave. By the way, everyone really liked
Natalishka
Irina, that's great. Maybe many will make life easier for themselves by quick cooking. Sometimes, time is sorely lacking: girl_pardon: But you always want to eat.
PapAnin
Great!
Can you do that in a silicone mold?
Natalishka

Great!
Can you do that in a silicone mold?
No, it won't work. There, after all, sugar is "fried"
PapAnin
Ehhh ...
And if you fry the sugar in another bowl on the stove, and then pour it into a mold?
I don't have a glass mold now, only a silicone one. = ((
Natalishka
No, it won't. Sugar is made with caramel and do not touch it, but just put butter on top. You cannot shift. Glass. molds are sold wherever the dishes are. Ozone has.
PapAnin
Understood thanks.
I have a glass one, but I have now temporarily changed my place of residence, and you cannot carry everything you need with you. = ((Although ...
Loksa
New work? Thanks, let's try it!
Rada-dms
Natalishka, Natalya, I made a casserole, very pleasant, delicious! It even resembles a mannik in some way. I will repeat. Apples (3 medium pieces) were caramelized in ghee (there was no other), I put a few black currant berries directly on the hot casserole, they decorated the taste very much, as it seemed to us. Baked for 6.5 minutes at 900. Thank you very much for the recipe, I bookmark it.

What glass shape do I have? I already wrote in other threads:
, I have glass. form diameter 18cm inside, and height 6.5cm.
And the capacity is 1.5 liters. Now on Ozone, I will find a similar one.

the current must still be adapted to a different form, it takes longer to cook in enamel.
Natalishka
Oksana, Wow: girl-swoon: You are straight, master (y) No words
Loksa
They just captured mnu. You will fix it here when there is no oven, and you need to save electricity. Natasha, do you think you can caramel caramel in ceramics? Mine will not understand another bustle.
Natalishka
Oksana, I don't know: pardon: I only have glass and plastic. the form.
Loksa
Well, okay, I'll take the cover from the glass mold, it is idle at home.
The plum gives juice and the casserole is impregnated. We liked it. And in the afternoon I don't take a picture, I bake after work, in the morning everything is eaten.
PapAnin
Well, that's what it is !!!
He brought a glass form, put his girls to bed. Here, I think, I'll play a casserole now! For breakfast there will be a surprise ...

Natalishka
Yes, as the microwave turns off, let it stand for 5-7 minutes. And flip on a plate
Kara

and it rises strongly?
I have a form with low sides ~ 3-4 cm and there is a higher one, almost a saucepan.
Kara
It rose very strongly, I thought it would come out over the edges of the casters, 7 centimeters in height. But then she sat down decently
PapAnin
understood, then we need to take more

IrinaThank you for the report. I baked for so long, probably because it was a double portion. Then report how it tastes. According to my observations, the more it cools, the tastier
Yes, indeed, if the portion is larger than my recipe, then more time is needed.
I'm just learning too * JOKINGLY * And that's why my charlotte casseroles are small. Size, diameter 18cm, height from 4 to 6cm. My glass form D 20cm, height 6.5cm.
Kara
Natasha, it turned out insanely delicious !!!
Natalishka
Irinaoh how glad I am that you liked the casserole

Reporting!
The casserole turned out! Delicious!
The most offensive thing is that we ate almost all of it while still warm.
The next day, they finished eating the leftovers from the fridge ... that was much tastier!
I didn’t take pictures because the appearance was not very good.
For some reason, most of the caramel remained on the mold, and the caramel itself ... not quite caramel, it was all grains, for some reason.
When I poured the dough into the apples with caramel, as it turned out, the apples floated a little. When I turned it over from the mold onto a plate, there was an even layer of dough from the top, all the apples were inside. But this is so, the details that will be worked out later. Very tasty! My girls said it was a cheesecake. (this is after the refrigerator)
The most important thing to consider is that in the future it is necessary to strictly suppress any attempts to eat until it cools completely!

Natalia, thank you very much for the recipe!

Reporting!

For some reason, most of the caramel remained on the mold, and the caramel itself ... not exactly caramel, it was all grains, for some reason.

When I added butter and went to work on apples, I became a piece of caramel, sugared. I already put it back in the microwave with butter, warmed it up for about 40 seconds, took it out and mixed it with a spatula until smooth and immediately laid the apples.
Natalishka
PapAnin, yes, I already wrote that it is tastier when it cools down longer.
When you put sugar with water, you need to look after three minutes and add a little time. And the apples surfaced because the dough turned out to be watery. It should be like a pancake. The size of the eggs may have affected (I have not large ones), my cottage cheese is dry, granular. I really want you to do better next time

Flour (I have makfa)

Set fire, what kind of flour? Should there be flour?
Natalishka
Irina, I cut the butter into slices in advance, while the sugar is still being cooked in the micron. And as soon as I pulled out the saucepan, I quickly scatter the pieces over the top. Everything starts bubbling up and screaming. Even in the photo you can see. But then, "slowly," You can do apples. Probably this moment, I did not understand in the recipe indicated

Irina: lol: I confused it with a caramel charlotte, now I'll remove it
Mlyn ,, planted ,, recipes: lol: That she got confused. I also want all the recipes to be read by other bakeries

In, exactly it was!
And when I poured the dough, some of the butter went up along the walls.
Next time I'll try to warm it up and stir it before the apples.

And what state do we achieve from caramel? How to understand whether to add time or not?
Everything was boiling for me after 4 minutes.
Sugar used brown.

No, the dough was just like for pancakes. I think I went overboard with shaking the mold to distribute the dough evenly. =))
I had cottage cheese from a pack, but dryish and not large eggs.
Natalishka
PapAninWhy brown sugar? Follow the recipe. Indeed, it is by the change in the color of sugar that we determine the readiness of the caramel. Ready color DARK YELLOW.
The dough did not spread over the shape, but after shaking it was evenly distributed over the shape.
PapAnin
Natalishka, I'm understood, thank you!
