Thick curd-oatmeal waffles with apple

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 200 grams
egg 1 piece
Apple 1 piece
salt pinch
ground hercules 3 rounded tablespoons
sugar or stevia taste
baking powder 1 teaspoon
vanillin or zest taste

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese and yolk, salt, add grated apple.
  • Mix the hercules with baking powder and vanilla or zest.
  • Pour into the cottage cheese-apple mixture.
  • Let it swell for 20 minutes.
