In general, while I was looking (the topic is lower by 1 there I suffered the agony of choosing HP, but everything was decided for me) shopping (I live in the ass of the world) Panasonic, we were presented with an ENDEVER MB-53 bread maker for the campaign, the sellers tried ... in general, there are no reviews for it , recipes .... nothing!
Okay, I unpacked this miracle - in general, the appearance is very nice, the only thing that causes complaints is the top layer (God knows what is called) smooth and dust will sit on it a lot and quickly (Everything is also in Russian (instructions, all stickers, etc.) except for the touch screen (not nice, but you can live, I hope so.) And in general it looks cool - everything is made of stainless steel, there is very little plastic, it stands on the table like a glove.
I decided to try it right away, chose a cake according to the recipe from the instructions (there are simply no others), the instruction itself is very detailed from a technical point of view (what is not necessary / should be done, etc.), but from the culinary point of view it is terrible (for 19 programs in HP, there are 19! there are only 19 recipes! and they are an example of brevity and brevity of their mother). Here is a cupcake recipe Suffering .... or not?)
The cupcake turned out to be edible, but it's not a cupcake, but hmm ... in general, instead of a biscuit and a wonderful loose cupcake, IT came out Suffering .... or not?) and it Suffering .... or not?) and it is cut Suffering .... or not?) ! (as already mentioned, an edible, but small and tightly knit brick weighing 864g). Flour was used Starooskolskaya, sifted. Everything that can be weighed on a kitchen scale (electronic). The recipe was carried out in clarity, the only bun was a little leveled (left a drop of flour on one coal).
Now I will figure out how to attach a photo and you can see this miracle (
Actually I ask for help -
1) Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
2) Is the recipe in the instructions incorrect?
3) You know an excellent recipe that will most likely fit my HP, share, I will be very grateful (including bread recipes, I myself am now afraid to bake according to the instructions - only translate products)
4) Anything else?)
You can see the main characteristics of the stove on the Internet)) but in short 500/750 / 1000g. The order of adding ingredients begins with the liquid. Here is attached photo instructions
Suffering .... or not?)
Suffering .... or not?)
Suffering .... or not?) I do not understand why it loads only sideways, although it is normal on the computer ((
Suffering .... or not?)

Well, everything seems to be, I hope I wrote / wrote everything in sufficient detail to understand the problem. Hope for help

Dim, please tell me, what exactly is said in the instructions about the "cupcake" mode? It is possible that the order of laying is different - first knock down the eggs with sugar, and then add everything else? This is not in the recipes, perhaps, but somewhere in the operating rules.
Summer
Dim, my HP is also not branded, and there are almost no recipes for it, and in general the manual is about nothing, thank you for the program time, and on this fsee, but I did not sweat about this, I took any recipe from our site, read reviews and forward, oven. I liked everything for the most part! My bookmark also comes in handy, from liquid to dry products.
Tancha
Take any recipe with HP and everything will work out. Start with the section The easiest bread by HP models. Your stove is similar to Mystery, Erisson, Midea, from here and dance. Good luck to you.

vedmacck, In the instructions about everything! modes, only their recipe is written and that's it (There are no other books / recipes / anything else besides the warranty card and the list of service centers.
Summer, Yeah, I have already come to the same conclusion, I just don't want to spoil a bunch of products until I come across the perfect recipe)) Maybe this will help / reduce the cost of both time and money.
Ikra
Dim, Well, from 4 eggs and so many everything else, nothing else could come out, kmk.

In general, do not be discouraged even once. Because you need to adapt to any pribluda, and over time you will certainly be able to enjoy it.
I also have a completely rootless creature - x / p Novex. True, the recipes for it are not particularly exotic, but quite ordinary. That is why my first bread in it was quite a success, and we immediately became friends.
I think that you need to find any very, simplest recipe for white bread, 700 grams from any bread machine (I think that there is not much difference, the main thing is to set all parameters by weight). And try to bake on the simplest program - the main one, for example.
I don't think there will be much suffering. Take a walk through the forum, see the simplest bread recipes.

To be honest, for all the years I have tried to bake cupcakes in my cotton a couple of times, and always unsuccessfully. But the bread turns out great, and sweet rolls, and cakes, and the dough I knead and melt only in it. Do you have a "dough" mode? Well, consider yourself very lucky! Because now you will have any pies from perfectly kneaded and correctly distanced dough. And this is the very minimum that you get from your bread machine.

Admin, Ikra, Tancha, Huge, no HUGE thanks, calmed down, tomorrow I will look for my perfect bread)
Rarerka
The girls wrote it very correctly. Take a proven recipe from the site and go. The first program is most often used. She is the most versatile. Any stove. Recipes from the instructions are rarely used by anyone, mistakes are very frequent there. Forum to help you in choosing a recipe
Summer
That's exactly what Ira says, the "dough" mode is just a gift! But I also like muffins from HP, they are so juicy, though I rarely bake them, but always successfully. But the recipes are all from the site of course
Dim
Rarerka, Summer, Thanks for your support, I will go and choose the recipes)
Waist
Dim, And the inscriptions on the panel in English? If you take a picture, I will translate and write for you.
Dim
Waist, Yes, the inscriptions are in English, but there is a translation in the instructions)
Waist
Dim, Oh, well, so good. Good luck with your baking!

Dim, we bought the first bread maker 15 years ago, no recipes from the forums and there was nowhere to take it.
But there was an instruction in Russian.
In the beginning, all our bread did not even work out, then dense, then with a pit.
Then we realized that (by typing, but by smart trial and error) yeast must be put in a certain way! They began to bake with a small amount of ingredients, so as not to transfer products!
And when they got used to it, they began to enjoy fresh bread!
So don't worry everything will work out !!!
