Continuing the conversation in the topic

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=334992.0

I create a separate topic for prof. blenders RawMID (mainly about them), but also about other manufacturers.

A little preface:
Professional blenders are not a new invention, but rather rare on the Russian market.
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
What is the difference between professional stationary blenders and conventional blenders?
Motor power (not consumed which is usually indicated)
The speed of rotation of the knife (as a rule, it is not lower than 17,000 revolutions and higher (record 50,000 revolutions)).
The jars of such blenders are made of ultra-strong alloys (polycarbonate or the more environmentally friendly Tritan).
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
The blender knives are made of stainless steel.
The knives must have a block with bearings, thanks to this block they reach such high speeds.
The sore spot for blenders is the junction of the knife with the base. Sometimes steel / steel or steel / plastic - the first type is definitely more durable, but if you drop a spoon into the jug or something like that, the jug or the motor in general will break. In the second case, the entire force of the impact will be on the plastic fungus.
The blender base is mechanically or electronically controlled (push-button or touch) - in terms of reliability, a mechanic does not differ from electronics and will serve you for the same long, here you should give preference to your tastes:
Get a mechanic if you like to stand and control the grinding process.
Take electronics if you don't want to control anything. Here it is enough to choose a mode and go about your business, and the blender will do everything himself.
Since these blenders are very powerful, their noise level is higher than that of simple ones, but they grind food faster and you won't have to listen to the noise for a long time
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
(there are models with noise canceling caps, but they take up a lot of space and are usually used in bars, they are much more expensive). Average noise level from 80 to 90 dB.
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
Blenders are equipped with pushers (a stick for pushing the product to the knives).
Such blenders prepare not only water-based smoothies, cocktails or fresh juices, they can cook and grind solid foods without water.

RawMID Dream blenders. The topic in the topic will be mainly about them, since they have decent characteristics, a low (relative to the others) price, and I myself use them (two))
All company products are assembled in China. Under the supervision of the Russian office. That is, the brand is Russian, and the assembly is in China.
They indicate that they are using the developments of the Americans and Koreans. But it's still China.
I have nothing against China, otherwise I would not use these blenders myself
I will write about them, but I will also touch on others along the way.
At the moment, the line includes 5 models:

Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
1 Budget model Dream Classic with 3HP motor (consumed 1500W) - JTC Omniblend blenders with 950W = 1.5HP motor have a similar design (Made in China!)
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
2 A more powerful model - positioned as an analogue of the vitamix vita prep3 2ЛС (1500W) blender (made in the USA, but also a nuclear price), but with a more powerful motor (3ЛС 2200W), an improved toothed knife, with a rotation speed of up to 27,000 rpm ( vitamin 24000 rpm). Mechanical control, there are three colors (white, red, black)
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
3 Blender Dream Luxury - 3 HP (consumed 1200 W), premium model in a metal case, with electronic control and a knife rotation speed of 32000 rpm. in min.
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix

4 Dream Past (push-button control) \ Dream future (futuristic touch control) 3.5 HP 2200 W - there are many blenders with the same design in the world, in Russia you can find them under the "king mix" brand, they are all the same, differ only in the assembly and quality of the materials used ...
PS are copies of the American blender Waring - exactly Analogs, but not originals, since they are not produced at the same plant.
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, VitamixProfessional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix
5 Dream Samurai \ dream modern 4 HP! - The market leader for professional blenders, with a 2900W motor (2200W consumption). - So far it has no analogues and is surprisingly quite cheap. Just a beast

There is information about them on the Internet, I would like to paste in a table with various characteristics of professional blenders from various manufacturers: Vitamix (USA), Blendtec (USA), JTC (China \ Taiwan), RawMID (China \ Russia), Lequip (Korea).
Professional blenders RawMID DREAM, King MIX, Vitamix

Of course, if you go deeper, you can find brands such as gastrorad, kokateq and others, but the models of their blenders have very controversial reviews and different sources often contain different information on those. characteristics, and the power, rotation speed often do not exceed the readings of the JTC blender (there is a whole branch about it), so I don't know how to compare them.

My collection:
1 my professional blender JTC Omniblend V (tm-800) -sold after I met the next blender.
2 Dream Luxury - used for 2 years (and still use it, mainly in summer, in the country).
3 blender that was presented to the girl Dream Samurai, by coincidence, now we use it together, the term of use is 10 months.

reviews and tests of professional blenders (this is a playlist, there are several videos)

for some reason, the playlist was not inserted, so I insert the link with the text
I propose in this topic to discuss, review and comment on professional blenders.

PS should not be hit with sticks, since for the first time in my life I did a similar topic.

slash,
Tell me, now I have a JTC 800, in principle everything suits me ...... read and watched video reviews, do you think the Samurai will grind the seeds in raspberries and blackberries, we love the homogeneous suspension, but in JTC it is necessary to break through 3 times , to get it, or even 4, but here how?
It will just be a shame if I take it, but it will be better "not much" ....

Yes, it will. Although the bones of the berries do not upset me, the samurai grinds them with dignity. I like the result. I also saw reviews on instagram that they grind raspberry bones well.

Hello. What is the instability? When you turn on something powerful, immediately knocks out the traffic jams? Or is it not pulling something powerful?
If the plugs do not cut down immediately, then you can take dream samurai. He is more powerful than the others and, accordingly, will do everything faster.
And if the certificate is cut down, then it is better to take it. Something not very powerful. For example, dream classic, dream greenery, or if even 1500 watts has a strong effect, then the weakest one is jtc omniblend.
Although even if the same dream samurai is not turned on at full, the consumption will not reach the maximum value of 2200 watts.

It knocks out plugs very rarely and only in the evening when I turn on several electrical appliances at the same time. The problem is that it simply does not pull a lot of tension. Problems are palpable with the microwave and now we want to take a blender and are worried about this, so as not to throw money down the drain. Tell me, if you take a dream classic, can it work with ice and make drinks?

Of course he can. Here is a video showing how the dream classic and other blenders crumble ice

solid blender.

Hehe, and on soft there are similar

In general, there are many videos on that channel with different products, I advise you to familiarize yourself.
Do not be afraid that there will be problems with some kind of products.
Of course, if you do not try to mix the thick dough there.

I was glad that the Dream Classic blender handles products so masterly. I read a lot of information on forums and there are different reviews about him. Tell me, can the bowl containers be changed? For example, when guests come and you need to make a lot of cocktails.

If you mean whether it is possible to buy jugs of different capacities, then the answer is YES, they have 2L and 1.2L jugs.
But if you mean whether there will be several jugs in a set then the answer is NO. There will be only one jug in the kit.
verbitzckaya
It's cool that you can buy jugs of different capacities. Tell me, how many liters will the jug come with? And the last question arose, can you add hot ingredients to the blender?

will be the one you choose in the store.
Previously, they were all at 2L, now they appeared at 1.2L, even at 1.5L they seem to be. Check where you will take it.

It all depends on which RawMID blender you want to compare with the kingmix. If These are top (dream saurai, dream modern, dream future, dream past), then the first 2 (samurai and modern) will be more powerful and interesting, but if future or past, then they will be the same.
So if you want maximum power then samurai or morern.
verbitzckaya
Thank you for the helpful conversation. Now I know exactly what I will take. I will definitely brag about my choice after the purchase.

Musenovna
sya, I think it's overkill to buy a similar blender for complementary foods. Why so mashed potatoes ?!
Any blender can handle this task. And is there any sense in mashed potatoes?

Why did you decide that overkill? I think if you buy, you need good quality and only professional. My child will grow up, and I will prepare dishes for him, where a blender is needed. Yes, and you can pamper yourself. For example, cocktails or smoothies. What kind of blender do you have? That you are so sure that the professional is too much.

Samurai for growth. Take it while nobody regretted it. But in general, dream greenery is suitable for your current goals.

Does dream greenery have less power? And if you compare with a samurai, what's the difference? And say he is also not a hand blender. I read that they are not very good.

Thanks for the link. It was interesting to see the comparison of blenders. I think Samurai is better in terms of performance. The only country that confuses the country is China. I don't really trust such a manufacturer.

I am sure that about 80% of the goods you have at home are made in China.
This is a ridiculous stereotype that Chinese goods are not of high quality (unless, of course, you take the goods for 3 kopecks, or in a fix price store (although there are also interesting and high-quality goods there).
Only in the Russian Federation are they soared about this. Vaughn Germany has long been selling almost everything from China, exporting to the Russian Federation, and ours "hawala" and think that they bought German quality. It's funny.
By the way, nobody canceled the guarantee for the goods.

The cap is a normal thing - it becomes quieter, but takes up a lot of space, is suitable only for a blender with a jug of 1.5, it is quite expensive

It's all clear that this is a luxury. And to become much quieter? It may make sense to take, it is not. Just a child in the house. And when you put him to bed and free time appears, I would not want to wake him up with the noise of a blender.

It will still be noisy. But if the blender is behind the wall, then most likely you won't wake up without a hood. The cap is needed for bars where the blender is in the hall.

I advise you to take the one that looks and characteristics, functions more to your liking. Because reliability does not depend on management. How often do you break the buttons at the microwave, oven ...

What am I? Of course I made milk. A worthy replacement for a cow. The fat content can be adjusted by the amount of water.
I don’t grind herbs in a blender, since the blender is not a grater or shredder, it makes porridge from them.
Serious
Well, if it grinds the nuts, then the sprouts are all the more not a problem. Have you tried to do the pastila? And then people toil, grind apples from peels, raspberries from seeds. And where did you order such a miracle? For a long time I have been looking closely, but the imported ones are not lifting in price.

Pastila is my little business. Any apples with or without bones, with or without skin, even with cuttings, are crushed into a homogeneous mass without problems
