How do you get out of similar provisions?

1. We stop the kneader before each introduction of the product. There is nothing critical for the device. It was originally designed for regular switching on and off (this is a semi-professional technique for cafes and bars, which implies regular switching on and off of the unit).
2. Do not place the protective circle on the whisk. Pros - you can add ingredients right during the process without turning off the device. Cons - in the case of a large volume of whipping and / or very liquid ingredients, the contents may be splashed, including on the device.
Ideally, both of these methods should be combined depending on the batch size and the liquid of the ingredients.
