Note

The ice cream is slightly sour. Its sweetness can be adjusted by adding 50-70 grams of sugar when making the syrup, or by adding powdered sugar to the mixture just before freezing.

Manyunya, do you add wine, liquor or rum? just a little bit! but the structure changes immediately. softer or something, and without crystals at all. Alexandra taught this during the competition. I really liked it.

Sorbet? I haven't tried it yet. I add starch for these purposes. It seems to have worked without crystals.

Sonadora, are raspberries and cranberries fresh? Can you use frozen ones? Otherwise, it’s not the season of fresh raspberries, today it was snowing almost all day, and the cranberries had already left, but many different berries from the dacha were frozen. I really love sorbet and the ice cream maker is idle for now
Sonadora
Girls, Thank you all very much for stopping by and for the praises. With great pleasure I would treat you all.

Sonadora, are raspberries and cranberries fresh? And frozen can be used
Nataliya, I had fresh ones, but you can also use frozen ones. Pour boiling water over the frozen cranberries, leave for one minute, then puree, draining the water, of course. And it's better to just defrost raspberries.

Very, very tasty ice cream! I only slightly reduced the sugar, and replaced the raspberries with cherries. For the third time I ran to the ice cream maker for more!

Barmamam, cranberries with cherries? It must have been an interesting combination.
Barmamam
Cranberries with cherries, a couple of tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice for sourness - delicious! (all frozen, fresh for the price now, wow!). I liked the principle of cooking very much, I will experiment with different tastes, I wonder what will be tastier ...
