Cooking method

  • At the end of August, my husband brought me a newspaper with a recipe for preserving cucumbers and tomatoes. It is clear that I was very skeptical about this, but in order not to offend, I collected all the vegetables in the refrigerator, on the balcony there were bouquets of the above greens for salting mushrooms according to the excellent recipe of Tanechka-Admin,mineral water "I" was also found. In 15 minutes I marinated vegetables.
  • I didn't believe in the result and therefore decided to post the recipe only after the test.
  • Literally on Sunday, we decided to try and empty the refrigerator at the same time. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be so delicious. Cucumbers are lightly salted perfection itself, crunching on the teeth. Tomatoes - as fresh from a barrel, but not sour, but the very thing with the bubbles playing under the skin)) And I do not have elite summer cottage vegetables, I have a dumb store.
  • And everything is prepared very simply. Wash the jars well, wash the lids, rinse with boiling water. Put vegetables and grass tightly in jars, add salt and sugar, add soda water, close the lids and send to the refrigerator. As soon as autumn comes, the temperature drops, the banks can be taken out to the loggia or taken to the garage. Whoever has what, there and clean up. The lids on the cans swell slightly. This is normal.

Naturally, I lost the recipe. I was upset because I found only quick salted cucumbers on the Internet.
I wrote on the website of the water producer "I" and almost immediately they sent me a scan of the recipe, for which many thanks !!! I'm so lazy, but I love to eat delicious food, that now and only this way I will preserve tomatoes and cucumbers)))
