Cooking method

  • Oh, somehow it all happened by accident ... It all started with the fact that I decided grow wiser build and get prettier and do it with pleasure ... No, it all started with the fact that I got into the topic of Tanya Giraffe 🔗 and decided to try ... Then there was a lot of interesting and informative (for which many thanks and dedication to Tanyusha), but I am still at the very beginning of the journey and all this can and should be seen in the topic, and now about the recipe. In general, it so happened that I needed tomato soup and I composed it from what was in the fridge, so if you read the ingredients and feel sad either because there are a lot of them, or because you have something in particular out of stock - stop this decadence immediately and cook with what you have. Let's start? Yes, and give me your word that you won't laugh and throw your slippers, well, at least not much and not hurt ... So,
  • The first step is to cook the broth from whatever meat you have. Today God sent me three small chicken thighs and I boiled broth from them for 2.5 liters. water, adding during cooking one onion, 3 bay leaves, two carrots (just because then I will still make a salad with it) and half a small Bulgarian pepper. All this was cooked on my maaaaaa small fire for 40 minutes and already fragrant insanely ... But I didn't calm down ...
  • As soon as the meat in the broth is ready, take out everything that is in it and load there the peeled and cut potatoes as you like. While the potatoes are boiling, we are doing (Tanya, sorry) frying.
  • In a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, lightly let the onion cut into half rings, then, when it becomes transparent, grated or chopped (as you like) carrot, then coarsely grated celery root, parsley and parsnip roots, sweet pepper, grated or chopped beets. Are you tired yet? In this place we take a breath and start dreaming ... Dreaming, peel the tomatoes (you know how? Well, pour boiling water for a minute, and then - in cold water for a minute, right?), Cut them finely and unload them together with the juice into a frying pan to everything else, having previously added (Tanya, I am more, honestly, I will not) 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter (Tanya, well, chessword ...) Girls, in my mind, I probably should have blended the tomatoes or rubbed them through a sieve (no, well, really a nightmare), but I didn't do anything like that, so I write as it was then the fun begins ...
  • Pour the contents of the frying pan with lemon juice, add lightly, pepper, add what you like seasonings (I wrote about mine, but I hid from you, my dears, that Provencal herbs I had the most real - they were brought to me from Nice to present, God, how they smell ...), a little sugar and mix everything well ...
  • Then you climb into your favorite locker (like mine) or into a bar (like all decent people) and choose the wine that you add to the frying pan ... Girls, dear, hold on now ...I, of course, should have written to you beautifully now about dry white wine (or dry red wine), but I didn’t have such noble wines that, according to all the rules, are added to Provencal soups ... But I had, sorry, ordinary Chinzano (yes, don't laugh, sweet), but my body could not be stopped and it happily poured into my fry ... So, they laughed, stewed the contents of the frying pan for about five minutes, no less, so that (forgive me, Lord) the alcohol would disappear and boldly sent it all into a saucepan to the potatoes for another 10 - 15 minutes on a small fire ... They also added the meat previously taken out of the broth and cut into fibers or chopped meat.
  • While the soup is languishing, you can, if you like, beat an egg and then add it 5 minutes before the end of cooking the soup, stirring the soup violently with a spoon, and if you don’t like it, then you don’t need it .. I did it first, and then I remembered that my dotsya doesn't like it that much (well, I'm saying that the system probably also affects Tanya's mental abilities, but not mine :))
  • Well, everything, turn off the soup, finely chop the cilantro and basil greens, accept the enthusiasm of the family and importantly tell them that the soup should be infused (that is, you fill your own price), and then again condescendingly accept the delights and say that you are not right you can ...

No, well, I, of course, knew that seeds are ours with the Organism and that we are hot tomatoes we also love it very much, but I didn’t suspect that He would suddenly completely unexpectedly stop begging for flour and sweets and think of himself as Jamie Oliver :))) Girls, He has such a craving for tomatoes, what have we got on this just a week away: chakhokhbili, and scrambled eggs baked with tomatoes, and pizza with real tomato sauce, and pasta with tomatoes and eggplant ... But today, girls, He surpassed himself: he came up with a recipe for tomato-beetroot chicken soup, wake up l never dawn and early dawn dragged me into the kitchen to bring it to life (esessno, having previously taken a little porridge on my chest) ... I, of course, in good faith tried to prevent a catastrophe, rejected to the last, referring to the fact that there are practically no products at home (well, except for the usual stocks), but to go to the store - I'm not wearing makeup or combing my hair, you know, all the arguments, as usual ... But He mercilessly declared: "Shut up, woman, your place is in the kitchen" ... And so there, girls, I just didn't recognize Him: He juggled with seasonings and spices, decisively added wine to the soup, obviously sniffing it, something fake, but humming happily, flirting with beets and cooing with tomatoes ... Girls, as a result of this culinary orgy in our apartment there is such an aroma that my daughter, who eats the first only as a personal favor, visited the kitchen at an inopportune hour (she eats with me, maybe even less than a glass, but after four hours, probably not at went to me) and with an important look declared : "Well, you have to try it, why are you talking there?" The soup composed by Organism went off with a bang, the dotsya took back her "nakalampotsala", called it "Provencal masterpiece" and washed all the dishes ...

Cook the broth.
