Roll Alesya

Ingredients

For the test
egg 3 pcs.
sugar 200 gr.
sour cream (26-30%) 2 tbsp. l.
infant formula 3 tbsp. l.
soda 0.5 tsp
wheat flour, higher. grade 1 tbsp.
For cream
sour cream (26-30%) 300 gr.
infant formula 15 Art. l.
sugar 2-3 st. l.
cocoa powder 3-5 tbsp. l.
butter 150 gr.
vanillin pinch
glass = 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Dough preparation: Beat eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved, then add sour cream, 1 tbsp each. spoon baby formula - something like "Alesya", "Baby", then also 1 tbsp. spoon flour, at the end soda, and immediately pour it onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper (it is better to grease the paper with vegetable oil), bake in the oven at 200 gr. 10-15 minutes (the top remains white, and the edges are golden), immediately roll up with paper, leave to cool.
  • Cream: beat sour cream, infant formula, sugar, butter, vanillin into a smooth mass. At this stage, there are two options for making the cream - add 5 tbsp. l. cocoa in the whole mass or set aside 3/4 of the cream white, and in 1/4 add 3 tbsp. l. cocoa. This time I did it with white cream inside and with cocoa to cover the roll.
  • Assembly: after the roll has cooled down, unfold it neatly, free it from the paper, grease it with cream inside, wrap it and grease the roll with cream on top. We decorate as our imagination prompts, hide the roll in the refrigerator for the night, and in the morning we take it out, cut it off and enjoy it ..

Note

The roll has been living in my family since 2000, when a lot of baby mixes accumulated and I just didn't know where to put them. I accidentally met this recipe (only it was in the form of a cake) in one of the culinary newspapers, I cooked it and ... was not impressed. After a little modernization, the recipe firmly took root in the life of my family.
Now we no longer have either "Malyutka" or "Alesya" on sale, I use any infant formula, the main thing is that it has no specific smell and taste, I add nuts and dried fruits and chocolate, sometimes I just use jam as a cream, I cook and in the form of a roll and in the form of a cake, and I always remember that I have a lifesaver from their two thousandth

Valyusha how I like the recipe! It's a pity, of course, that the kids have grown up and we don't have a mixture. But I'll bookmark it - I love everything unusual!

and the table top "Honey" is my favorite, just like a roll is on my table

V-tina

I need to put a pack on me too!

I love her. I once fell in love with her in a rented apartment. so now the kitchen apron is also from this table and tables. very practical - no litter, no splashes, no stains. you will not find it!

I also have a table and a bar with this table

Can baby formula be replaced with milk powder?
V-tina
Elena Bo, to be honest - I haven't tried it, but having bought a couple of times a baby formula with an unpleasant aftertaste (it smells like fish) - I began to think about it more and more Most likely, that powdered milk will do (judging by the composition of infant formula), only the sugar needs to be increased a little, and add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the dough.

V-tina, Tinathanks for the recipe !! I have these mixtures .... like shoe polish. I don't know where to attach it.My daughter has been given a dairy kitchen for a month in a row, and she uses other mixtures. But it’s interesting for babysitting’s sorts: with buckwheat, oatmeal, will they fit or not?

V-tina, Tinochka, what charming "snails" you have on a platter!
An interesting recipe, carried away in, and most importantly quickly and without problems!
Just probably try instead of a mixture, milk powder!

Check mark, I hope - like it!

My daughter has been given a dairy kitchen for a month in a row, and she uses other mixtures. But all sorts of fruto nannies are interesting: will they fit with buckwheat, oatmeal or not?
Ludmila, if this frutonyanya is a dry mixture, then it will, of course, but the buckwheat and oatmeal flavor cannot be interrupted even with chocolate, but the rice one is almost inaudible even in the cream and certainly is not felt in the cake. Buckwheat is heard the strongest, at one time I also had these mixtures heaps and where I just did not attach them, but here buckwheat was not at all for me, I somehow used it in a different way .. I ate instead of porridge - that's for sure but where else - I don't remember, sclerosis
Lyudochka, I hope the recipe will come in handy!
V-tina
Ksyusha, tell me later, maybe someone will be useful, otherwise I will not have time to bake until the weekend, a lot of work
Hope you like the recipe
