Bean soup with brine

Ingredients

Dry / canned beans 1 tbsp. l / 0.5 cans
Beef 150-250 g
Potato 1 PC.
Carrot 0.5 pcs.
Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
Brine 150-200 ml
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Ham / ham sausage 100 g
Fat / vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs.
Salt, pepper, jusai, garlic, dill, parsley, and other favorite condiments and herbs taste

Cooking method

  • The beans were soaked in cold water overnight.
  • I cooked such a good beef bone with a decent meat content. Along the way, when cooking, I added beans. When the meat was cooked, I took out the bone, cut the meat off and chopped it. The beans are almost cooked - I added diced potatoes. Carrots "dimes" and finely chopped onions sautéed in fat, sent to the pan. I added cucumber pickle, peeled and cut into large slices of tomatoes, sugar, garlic, herbs, ham cut into long pieces, hot pepper, added salt, let it boil.
  • Delicious with sour cream.

The dish is designed for

Note

I found the recipe on the Vash Taste website, for some reason it was called "Meat hodgepodge with beans". It's never a hodgepodge, of course; well, God be their judge ... Anyway, thanks to the author Ivan Nazarov; I apologize to him, because, as always, I distorted and altered his recipe. I cooked it - it turned out to be an extremely tasty soup.
I think absolutely any pickle is suitable: cabbage, cucumber, tomato, even spicy pickle from kimchi, like the author's. The only thing is to control the salinity and pungency. I love pickle, and I always have a lot of it, so I found a good use for it ...

What if I have a mustard brine?

And it’s very good: he’s not "ripped out", but an ordinary pickle, maybe only a little sharper. The soup will be delicious!
