Cooking method

  • Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Lubricate the round or ring-shaped form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs and spread the meat mass in the form of a ring, bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, when ready - cover the form with a plate and turn it over.
  • While the ring is being baked, peel the tomatoes, if large, then cut them into quarters, heat them well in boiling fat, sprinkle with flour, add sour cream, bring to a boil, put in the middle of the ring, sprinkle with herbs and eat with pleasure.
