Note

Many already know that my roots are partly from Bryansk. Until the age of 7, I spent in the village with my grandparents. Their food was simple, rustic. I really loved this casserole. Granny made it in a huge frying pan. The farm had everything of its own - eggs, milk, butter. And therefore, the casserole turned out to be incredibly ruddy, fragrant. It was called pounded. Southern girls will understand me. Grandma could cook it just from one potato, or you could put a chopped heart or liver in the middle. It was incredibly delicious! The most delicious thing was to drink the crushed milk or cold milk. Mmm !!! In the evening, we all gathered at a large table, put a piece of casserole on a plate for everyone, and poured yogurt. Whoever wanted to eat fresh vegetables from the garden. And then the well-fed happy child was put to bed. And so I was surprised to learn that it turns out that the French chef Parmentier came up with the potato casserole. Oh how!
You know, the place where my dad is from, once belonged to the royal family. I think the local population learned how to cook such a casserole from cooks who were ordered to leave from France. As, in fact, in other areas of this region.
Did you know that you can order a pedigree in the regional archive of your area? Lately I have been very interested in my roots and want to study the pedigree. It is very exciting.

Look at the fashion, torture people with pictures! I’m all worn out here, I’m looking at this deliciously delicious disgrace ... but, as luck would have it, I don’t have a beef heart right now.
And Natakha, you see, has put on a skirt made of leaves and is dancing while we are lying around in writhing envy!

Bridge, Natasha, thanks for the delicious recipe, my grandparents also lived in the Bryansk region, but when I visited them only once I remember the amazing forests there, birch sap, mushrooms that I only collected there in my life. They cleaned them and my grandmother fried a huge frying pan of mushrooms, I never ate such delicious mushrooms thanks Natasha for the nostalgia, I will definitely try the casserole

grandmother fried a huge frying pan of mushrooms, I have never eaten so tasty
You knew! I often remember these mushrooms in a huge frying pan. And also pancakes. They were so oily, yellow. A stack of them was cut into quarters right in a frying pan, and then with raspberries, crushed with sugar. 🔗 Or with honey.

Natasha, how beautiful! A real palette of color and, I'm sure, taste.

Here I associate Parmentier with a recipe for potato soup (you will lick your fingers), but this is something, I'll try to cook at my leisure.
