Soft caramel cookies with condensed milk

Ingredients

wheat flour c. from. 350 g
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 100 g
salt pinch
butter 100 g
boiled condensed milk 380-400 g
baking powder 1 tsp
chocolate for decoration 70 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar. Add condensed milk, beat.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each for about a minute.
  • Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Combine with oil mixture.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  • With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls of the dough, put on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C (convection 160C) degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Decorate the cooled cookies with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Store in a tightly closed container.
  • Enjoy your tea!

I'll bring in my five kopecks for boiling condensed milk. I, too, heard from childhood about the explosion of cans, so I myself never cooked in a can. And since the husband and son are lovers of boiled condensed milk, I began to look in the internet for other ways. And, lo and behold, I found how I myself did not think of this)))
The main condition is the quality of condensed milk, it must be natural. The first time I bought it in a doy-pack, I did not remember the manufacturer, but according to GOST it was done perfectly. The second time I took Alekseevskoe, GOST was written, but it went in flakes, tried to stratify and never cooked, it turned out slightly caramel, a little thick and somehow not very pleasant to the taste. I suspect that there were vegetable fats there.
So:
Pour condensed milk into a glass jar, cover with a lid (do not close), put it in a multicooker, pour water to the level of condensed milk in the jar, put it on the "Stew" mode (I have Brand 37501) for 3-5 hours. Time is adjustable depending on the condition of the condensed milk. I cooked 700g in 4 hours.
