In addition, 1 egg remains in stock. Well, okay. I took it and rubbed the cabbage on the burner, finely. I mixed an egg, flour, butter in a bowl, stood on the window and was quite soft. I did not stir it especially yet, the dough turned out to be steep at first. I added 2 full handfuls of grated cabbage, I wanted to add some water, but I thought - the cabbage will bake, it will release the juice. I mixed the cabbage into the dough, it turned out to be not cool, but it kept on the spoon in a lump. Baked in a waffle iron for thick waffles. It turned out 2 bookmarks. It turned out to be delicious. The cabbage, of course, was not completely softened, but it was baked, The finished cabbage poured with a sweet spirit. So I ate these waffles, a little overexposed. I think another time I will salt the cabbage before interfering, so that it gives a little juice, softened it. In general, quite pleasant waffles turned out, even without sour cream eaten.
