Ingredients

milk 200 grams
egg 1 piece
wheat flour / grade 500 grams
margarine (butter) 100g
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 80 gram
instant yeast 9 gram
vanilla taste

sweet water for shine option

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with yeast, sugar, salt and vanilla.
  • Melt margarine, cool.
  • Stir the egg in the milk.
  • Combine all ingredients and knead the dough with a hook for 10-15 minutes.

  • Put a greased container with oil, cover and ferment. Fermentation for 90 minutes.
