Please help me with choosing a multicooker-pressure cooker.
Moulinex - Redmond is the leader in our region. And my choice fell on these models.
Moulinex CE500E32, CE501132, CE502832, CE503
Redmond RMC-M110, RMC-P350
Now from the basic requirements:
Multicooker - pressure cooker
Bowl volume 5-6 l
The presence of a double boiler
Manual mode or multishef (your own recipe)
Snooze timer
Maintaining temperature
Functions: Soup, porridge, milk porridge, legumes, pilaf, frying, stewing, steaming, baking, baby food (not necessarily a function, but to be able to cook)
Condensate collector

Desirable but optional:
I still haven't decided on a bowl, but ceramic is probably better
Removable top cover
Metal case
Function yoghurt, Pasteurization, sterilization
All sorts of spoons, spatulas, a basket for steaming - not bad, but not necessary (you can buy in addition)
Detachable power cord
A large number of adapted recipes
Carrying handles

This is my first cartoon, so I still don't understand a lot. The rest of the indicators do not seem to be critical.
I would like to take a reliable thing with a fairly easy intuitive control, with the availability of service and replaceable elements.
Well, in general, to be easy to use, wash and bring only positive impressions))
We are going to cook mainly on the machine, but so that there is also the opportunity to adjust or create our own cooking mode.
I will say in advance, we are leaning towards the Moulinex CE501132 option, but I want to study it better so as not to bite my elbows later.

Hi there! I have Redmond RMC-M110, I am very satisfied, all your requirements are taken into account, except for the removable lid, the metal bowl, the baking is excellent, the rice is super, the only thing is that I have two of them, one I use for cereals and baking, and the other I use for meat, because the smell of meat remains. It's great that when the pressure cooker is cooking, there is no smell of food in the apartment. So, I recommend !!!

Thank you! But I would like to learn more about all the pros and cons.
As I understand it, the main functions that I want they all have, but there are some individual characteristics.
I would like to hear about them, maybe someone had models of both that and that brand.
Maybe something turned out better in that model, but something in this one is more convenient for operation.
For example - some scold Redmond for some reason, but I don't understand why, because there is a lot of marriage? And some do not like the ceramic bowl, because the pastry starts to stick or, for example, the borscht fails. I would like to weigh the pros and cons.

I have 3 years old Redmond 4504, very happy. And even about the fact that the smell remains, I don't know. I cook both fish and meat.

I can't even single out a particular dish. Everything turns out great.

We chose Moulinex CE501132 after all. Such pleasant moments were added to the mandatory conditions - convenient carrying handles, a ceramic multi-layer bowl with a non-stick coating, a removable lid, a metal case with plastic elements. Ease of use, washing (everything is streamlined, there are no hard-to-reach or inconvenient places). The control is very clear, simple (even for an elderly person who will also use this unit), push-button, no need to poke at the menu 10 times to select a program, if you want software delights - there is a multi-chef function, a removable power cord. Yogurt function, sterilization. Affordable service and accessories. Nice look in the color of the kitchen. Lots of great reviews.Well, and the main advantage is that an additional bowl as a gift for the promotion))

Among the shortcomings, it can be noted: a small recipe book (we will get it on the Internet), a bowl without handles (although this is a rarity) - I ordered tongs, a steaming stand (but I wanted a hanging basket) - but you can try to pick up another one, there is no spoon, potholders (well, it's a trifle). There is no start button, the program automatically starts after a few seconds after selecting the program (a running rectangle appears on the display ... therefore it is not entirely clear to inexperienced that pressure and heating have already started) and the auto-heating cancellation function. Some complain that the smell remains on the sealing gum - we will rinse it thoroughly if we replace it. And it seems that the non-stick coating comes off the ceramic bowl over time, baked goods begin to stick (well, if you strain a lot, we will change the bowl).

Already ordered, I'm waiting for delivery. I hope I will not be disappointed))
