Korean omelette

Ingredients

chicken egg 3 pcs
water 30ml
salt 3d
green onion 1branch
vegetable oil 3st. l

Cooking method

  • In Korea, omelet is served as an appetizer for the main course. This simple, uncomplicated recipe was given to me by my mother, my grandmother to my mother. And I will gladly share with you!
  • Beat three eggs, add water and salt. Heat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil. Place the egg mixture in a skillet and make a pancake. As soon as the pancake grabs, place a sprig of green onions on the edge and roll an egg pancake. Instead of onions, you can put any greens or a strip of ham or fried minced meat. Move the roll to the edge of the pan. Grease the pan with oil again and fill the remaining space in the pan with the egg mixture, roll the roll again, continue this way until the mixture ends, do not forget to grease the pan with oil. Secret - roll up the roll until the pancake is not completely fried, then the omelet will not be dry. Slice the omelette and place on a plate. Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

15 minutes.

Delicious and simple recipe! Thank you, I will surprise mine tomorrow morning))

And what else besides the onion can be put when folding? What else is usually put in Korea?
TATbRHA
I saw it with chopped carrots and onions - beautiful. I think you can also mushrooms ... and dry soaked and boiled, probably: it will smell great! And any ready-made meat will do ...

Cool, I liked it so much Thank you Nelly

Cool! Until I watched the video, I thought there would be a lot of omelets. And, it turns out, that's how. Thank you!
Shyrshunchik
NellyTsoy, very interesting, there will be no small one with onions, but with cheese, I think he will lick his fingers thanks for the recipe in the bookmark
Loksa
I also liked the process very much, I had not thought about this before. I would pull it out and turn it on a plate and then wash the plate, yeah. Thank you really, I don’t understand why in Korean? And I'm wondering what kind of frying pan is it?
Tanyulya
I make such a recipe, but for me it went as a Japanese version, it seems to be called tomago. I have to google, I took the recipe on the network.
Thanks for the video and your option.

NellyTsoy
Thanks to everyone for watching and comments, you are right you can put anything in the roll and ham, and fried minced meat, cheese, and herbs, even a crab stick will be very tasty, Japanese omelette is different, it tastes sweet, but also tasty.
Shyrshunchik
NellyTsoy, I immediately cooked it, albeit with cheese, very tasty and easy. Well, at the expense of Japanese, Korean and just Russian omelet, it's all about the cooking technique. In the Japanese version, soy sauce and sugar, in the Belarusian bacon, potatoes, in the Russian egg and milk, but still they are all very tasty and thanks for the recipe I really liked it and my husband says thank you
Vinokurova
I have never put anything in such an omelette (((
Girls, do it ... it will be delicious for anyone !. I did it three hundred times and it was always delicious ... you will feel with your tongue that this omelet is different from the usual

Oh, how cool!
It turns out that the middle is thicker than the edges. It is necessary to sculpt this in a square frying pan. Or just do not pour on a round one to the edge, but bake pancakes as if in squares.
I will definitely do this, especially since my husband is a big lover of omelets and scrambled eggs in all versions.
Thanks for the video tutorial, Nelly!
Vinokurova
Olga, I, as a rule, do not fold to the end .. I leave a ponytail .. to it and add a new portion .. so it turns out about an even sausage
Loksa
Vinokurova, Len, can you sculpt such an omelette? BOY! Selling about the ponytail is declassified! Nelly, all I expect from you, what kind of frying pan, corrugated bottom, interesting and the omelette does not stick? Sticks to flat metal.
Vinokurova
Loksa, Ksyu, heat the frying pan, as for pancakes ... I'm doing it on it ... now I'm bored, I haven't tried it on any corrugated one ...
Ksyu, try to make it ... delicious ... the most important thing is to do the first round there ... and then, the thicker it becomes, the easier ...
NellyTsoy
Loksa, I've been using the frying pan for about five years already, zepter, I don't remember how to write this name correctly)
Kirks
NellyTsoy, thanks for the recipe, it's very fun to cook such an omelet

Doing this thing
I went to the middle of the Bulgarian pepper (tired), and for each pancake I added a little grated cheese.
oh, how delicious it turned out! And pretty, a la rolls.
Thank you, Nelly!
NellyTsoy
Olga VB, Kirks, it's nice that you liked it and it turned out deliciously, thanks for your trust

Girls, instead of salt, you need to add soy sauce to such an omelet, try it, then it's definitely in Korean, I make such an omelet for rolls, it's very tasty and a little unusual.

Quote: kil
add soy sauce instead of salt

Olga VB
Yes? And I intuitively did so ...
It's me, like, smart, right? Or just a glutton?
That was tasty. It turned out to be a Korean-Bulgarian-Italian version, because with soy sauce, bell pepper and cheese.
I also want to make the top pancake with cottage cheese and caramelize the top pancake with honey. I just got a very tasty and tender curd today.
jenyaiva
In Korea, I asked my Korean friends, add both salt and soy sauce as you like. But I really like it better with the sauce, but the color gets a little darker.
ninza
Nelly, thanks! We must do it.
Nana
Delicious. Made with cheese in the middle. But in terms of thickness, it is somehow plump in Russian. Next time I will try to pour less.
