Jelly Desserts Sunflower Tupperware

Ingredients

Grapes 30 pcs
Lemon jelly (ready-made) 1 pack
Cream 20-33% 500 ml
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Gelatin 25gr
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Boiled cold water (for gelatin) 200 ml
Boiling water for cocoa powder 70 ml
Pieces of biscuit or cookie optional

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with water until swelling for 30 minutes or according to the instructions on the pack. In the meantime, we are doing the following:
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of water + 1 tsp of oil into the jelly mold, close the lid and twist, chat well, pour out. The form is smeared - then the jelly will jump out easily.
  • Dilute cocoa powder, let it cool
  • Dilute lemon jelly according to the instructions on the pack, only a little less water (20-30 grams - it will be stronger)
  • Arrange the grapes into the hollows of the mold.
  • Pour very neatly cooled lemon jelly so that the grapes do not scatter. Put in the refrigerator. Do not close the lid!
  • Heat cream, sugar, vanillin until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not bring to a boil!
  • Dissolve the swollen gelatin in the microwave 350 W 40-50 sec, stir well.
  • Add gelatin to cream, mix very well.
  • Divide the mixture into two parts - add cocoa to one part, the other white. Cool down.
  • Pour a thin white layer onto the hardened first layer of jelly, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Feel it with your finger .. If it is frozen, then pour the brown layer, and again into the freezer. So alternate until the form is complete. In the last or penultimate layer, you can put pieces of biscuit or cookies if you like. I added a biscuit, actually baked and kept in the refrigerator for a day))) You can add frozen berries.
  • Remove the form with jelly in the refrigerator for several hours until it solidifies completely. You need to close the lid if the layers are already frozen, otherwise it may not harden for a long time, since the Tupperware dishes under the lid keep the temperature well.
