Chicken fillet on slow cooker in Cockoo 1055

Ingredients

Chicken fillet
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Cooking method

  • Very simple, but tasty and juicy. I set the beef for 6 hours according to this recipe, it is much tastier and juicier than on the "Stew" mode. I wanted to put the chicken fillet for 3 hours, but I couldn’t resist looking in an hour, the fillet was ready, had a bright aroma and taste of spices, and it was not juicy! The dish is suitable for those who are on a diet.
  • Season the chicken fillet with salt, add slices of finely chopped garlic, put in a bowl, put a piece of butter on the bottom of the bowl (50 grams). Slow cooker mode 1 hour.

Time for preparing:

1 hour 5 minutes

What a tender and juicy fillet you have. Bookmarking, thanks for sharing the recipe.

I don't really like chicken fillet, but in this mode the meat surprised me with its juiciness.

A very good recipe. But I have no slow cooker mode. How many degrees should I put?
Laslovna
I think you can use the "languor" mode if there is one. Unfortunately, I do not know what the temperature is in this mode, can someone tell me.

Oksana, do you put beef in a piece? Tenderloin or some other part? I love this mode, I often use it, but I didn't cook anything with a whole piece.

Carcass beef from any part, add onions and tomatoes. I try to cut the pieces coarsely, about 5x3x3cm. It is very juicy from any part of the beef.

I have never cooked in this mode yet, but the breast fillet is in the freezer, one of these days I will definitely do it! I don't like the breast because of dryness, but since you write that it comes out juicy - you have to try it!

yes, it would be great if someone suggested

Slow cooker
1) works without pressure
2) the temperature reaches:
1 level-55-70 *
2 level-70-90 *
Laslovna
And from where such information, it seems to me the temperature is higher there!

These measurements are not true. The girls from the Multicooker did not make them with their own hands, they just posted unverified information of unknown origin.

I tried to measure modes without pressure with two thermometers: electronic and non-contact infrared. I got it on the Slow Cooker:
Level 1 90-93,
Level 2 first brings to a boil (water gurgles), and then maintains 97-98.
Masinen
Gibus, I wanted to buy an infrared meter, but after looking at a bunch of reviews and reading about it, I realized that it measures only the surface, and does not penetrate inside.
And it still does not correctly show the temperature from a reflective surface.
How did you measure it? Opened the lid?
I'm very interested, maybe I didn't buy it in vain.
Gibus
Masinen, yes, infrared only measures the surface.
I made two types of measurements: one with water and measured the water with Teskom's electronic thermometer, 30 minutes after the start of the program. And another time I measured the bowl with infrared in several places without water (with a small piece of meat that lay there)
I opened the lid, but how else do you know ...Almost every time I cooked, I tried to measure something in parallel .... I even tried to put an oven thermometer inside and, periodically opening it, look at it. All show differently. Infrared at different points and at different angles to the surface gives slightly different results with a deviation of 1-3 degrees. But the fact that there is not 55-70C, as it is written on the Multicooker, is understandable even without a thermometer at all ...

No, he really is not a necessity. A temperature probe, an oven thermometer and just a classic electronic one are much more useful in cooking. And with this, out of curiosity, sometimes you can check the temperature of some surface.

It looks like the truth. Thank you!

Please tell me at what level of the slow cooker (1 or 2) did you cook fillets?
