Cottage cheese in a waffle iron

Ingredients

cottage cheese of any fat content and moisture 500 g
semolina 2 tablespoons with a slide
wheat flour (I have 1c, can be c / s) 3 tablespoons with a slide
salt 1-2 pinches
oat bran 1 tbsp with a slide
egg 1 PC
boning flour

Cooking method

  • I cook cottage cheeses for my daughter and myself, every morning starts with them a long time ago. I usually cook the 2nd portion and store it in the freezer, if necessary, transfer it to the refrigerator and heat it up in a waffle iron until "lukewarm" for 30 seconds. Cottage cheese with a tasty crust, my daughter eats with sour cream, and I eat with honey (I don't get sour cream)))) ...
  • Add the egg and salt to the curd, stir evenly, flatten in a bowl. Sprinkle with semolina over the entire area, stir. Sprinkle with flour, stir, add bran. Since I am meticulous about the norms, I weigh the resulting dough volume and divide it by 10 (if there were 500g of cottage cheese), that is, 5 servings should come out, well, according to the norms of cottage cheese, 100g is supposed to be per day))))
  • I turn on the waffle iron (or grill, I have a 3in1 device, there are more delicious crusts on the waffles). I put a plate of flour for boning on the scales (you can skip this moment with the scales) and spoon out the required portion from a nearby bowl of dough, roll the balls in flour and send them to a dry, unlubricated waffle iron, I cook for 5 minutes at 750W. Nothing sticks, the only time they were torn to the top and bottom (and the cottage cheese turned into square cheese), but having just picked up the top one, they lay down on the bottom ones and everyone was happy.
  • Cottage cheese in a waffle iron

The dish is designed for

10 pieces

Time for preparing:

30min @ 750W

Cooking program:

waffle maker / grill

Note

I do not recommend using it with sugar and products containing it, so that the benefits are from calcium.

Classic fried cottage cheese pancakes (Admin)

Cottage cheese in a waffle iron most similar to what we have learned! And how long did I try to make my version indivisible, I tortured it out ... maybe it will work only on my cottage cheese ... but I hope not ... the milkman's cottage cheese is always different (either dry or like a paste) and they turn out

And what an inventor herself
And I did not invent anything! here everything is simple - the main goal!

as with Meissen fummel)))

Natasha, is it cheese cakes or waffles to your taste?
NataliARH
Natalisha, thank you for rating

Olya, as far as I remember the taste of fried cottage cheese / cheesecakes (my mother cooked when we lived together, I didn’t eat them 10l), these are more like waffles, but in terms of their composition for 100g / 1tl of additives, this doesn’t work for waffles ..... try if you don't like it - fire

Mist
And I'm very interested in bookmarks how it will turn out
Tanyulya
It turned out very tasty and interesting. Curd must be bribed.
NataliARH
Irina, Tatyana, thanks for your attention to the recipe Try it, my dears
Kizya
Thank you, Natasha, we will try!
Bishka
And why roll in flour if in a waffle iron? So the crust is crispy? I bake cheesecakes regularly in a waffle iron, but I haven't tried to sprinkle them in flour, you have to try it.
NataliARH
glad, to health
Bishka, that's right, in flour for the crust and so that it does not stick to the waffle iron .... share your recipe?

Yes, I don't have a special recipe, so, by eye, everything is when a lot of cottage cheese accumulates (we ourselves make from kefir on kefir fungus)
Mist
Made cottage cheese for breakfast, very tasty
I don't have a waffle iron, I fried it in a pan

Explain to especially dark ones!
Omela
Olga, linseed "egg" - 1 st. l. grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder, pour 3 tbsp. l. water, leave for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Better at night. Use like a regular egg in a recipe.)
NataliARH
Bishka, I tried (as you wrote) to cook without boning in flour ... in my waffle iron (the EU coatings are slightly different everywhere) they left the walls worse, even broke in some places, the crust turns out both in appearance and in taste different .... I liked it better with boning (pictured on the right) ... now you try my version

Mist, Irisha, how rosy they turned out, the pan fit perfectly!

and what kind of frying pan is that?

Kizya, Joy in the sandwich maker, they turned out beautiful, but raw! They just "slide" on the surface!
Cottage cheese in a waffle iron
Therefore, as they became lukewarm, I tried it ... I revealed imperfection and revived them in waffles
Cottage cheese in a waffle iron
Don't even try this recipe for a sandwich maker. Perhaps another will do .... we must look!

Omela, Ksyusha, thanks for taking the sample! Such negritosiki out! Oat bran is here to absorb moisture (and benefit, of course) and therefore the waffles after cooking inside become a bit like with baking powder .... I hope you enjoyed it!

The main photo shows waffles from dry cottage cheese, but these are softer:

I did it too. Liked.

On the sidelines, the very first tab, together the last. Only three times four.

I’m not me, if I don’t add a gag ...
The cottage cheese was 400 grams, the bran and semolina were kneaded into the remains of sour cream, 200 grams. Sugar still put two tablespoons, my sweet tooth ... And butter from Misto sprinkled panels and then in the first tab one wafer exfoliated, the next ones were well removed, but due to the fact that the portions are too large, they are a little stuck together.
Thank you for the curds !!!
DuNika
Natalia, thank you very much for the recipe. I did everything according to the recipe, only took wheat bran. Nothing stuck. Tasty, harmonious, I don't even want to add anything - no sugar, no sour cream. And the crust in general is the highlight of these waffles. Products and efforts are minimal, but the result is a bomb
M @ rtochka
Thanks for the idea!!
In general, I love cheesecakes, but here it was impossible to come off, so many crusts !!
I baked and thought, in a frying pan, in a pizza maker, now in a waffle iron, where I didn’t make cheese cakes ...
It was very tasty, with sour cream and jam - don't stop!
mamusi
NataliARH, I baked your curds in my Cartoons. I am very satisfied. I did everything according to the recipe
And rolled it in flour. I liked it very much. I will bake often.
Thank you.

NataliARH, thank you so much for the recipe! Divine waffles-syrniki turned out! I did not dare to bake cheesecakes in a waffle iron, I was afraid that they would stick and fall apart ... I have a PP, the norm is 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg per day. I slightly changed the recipe for myself: 100 cottage cheese, egg, 10 semolina, 4 vanilla sugar, a little salt, I wanted to do without flour, but I still had to use it for boning (it's not scary, I'll just reduce the daily norm of cereals). Gorgeous, don't stick at all, very tasty! They prepared for 2-3 minutes in a waffle iron heated at the maximum, then reduced it to 4. I smeared the waffle iron with non-stick grease (for some reason, the grease I did not work out very well this time, apparently there is a lot of flour, after the waffle iron warmed up, burns were formed from it, you can see I won't grease the waffle iron anymore, maybe when this one ends and I'll make a new one). But this did not affect the cheesecakes in any way - they are divine! And the preparation for several days is generally a masterpiece! 👍🏻 I will do that too!

And don’t need to!
It is not suitable for a waffle iron! For molds in the oven, it's a different matter.
(Somewhere above this has already been discussed!)
Although I don't like her at all. I applied it once and just threw it away. I don't understand what is its use? If there is baking paper ....

I'm ready for rotten tomatoes to fly at me ...

For me, when Cloer stuck ... I tried too. It only got worse.
Why do you need this, Zhenya !!! ???
Our waffle iron bakes beautifully. Nothing sticks. Absolutely. I have made these Cheesecakes many times.
well if highly I want to lubricate - before the 1st bookmark I spend a little bit with a brush with olive oil!

I didn't know that it was not suitable for a waffle iron! 🤪 On the contrary, I really like the grease, really, nothing ever sticks or burns on it, smeared any shape and beauty, everything pops out! For prevention, I made a waffle iron I thought that it would also be in the waffle iron ... I used it for every fireman, I just had a very scanty experience in baking in a waffle iron, the fear of sticking still remained, but almost gone! no lubrication needed - all the soup! Thank you!

Well here - yes! So everyone has different tastes, Zhenya.
Besides, I don't bake much.
If I bake, then in a Panasonic multicooker, casserole or Cupcake.
There everything bounces off with a bang.
If I bake cookies in the Princess, then on paper. Buns once a month - also on paper.
If there is oatmeal in the oven - also on paper.
That's all my Baking!
I really have NOTHING to lubricate with this grease ... apparently. This is the set of my dishes.
