Favorite cottage cheese casserole (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 1.8% (without grains) 500 g
Sour cream 15% 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 3 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Semolina 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Butter

Cooking method

  • There are many recipes for cottage cheese casseroles on the site, but the one I suggest trying to cook is not.
  • Put cottage cheese in a bowl, the fat content of which you choose according to your taste. I use either 1.8% cottage cheese or low fat for this casserole. But here is a prerequisite - the cottage cheese must be of good quality (!) And when mixed with other ingredients do not leave with water !!!
  • Add all remaining ingredients. Add sugar to your taste, depending on what you will serve the cooked casserole with Favorite cottage cheese casserole (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18).
  • Stir until smooth, either with a mixer or just with a spoon. I have cottage cheese from our St. Petersburg manufacturer, which has been proven (for years!), And it can be seen that even with the addition of liquid ingredients (milk, sour cream and eggs), the mass remained thick, and this is the key to a successful casserole.
  • Put the resulting mass in a multicooker bowl greased with butter Favorite cottage cheese casserole (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)
  • Switch on the "Bake" mode for 65 minutes. After the signal, leave on heating for 20 minutes.
  • Then take out the casserole using a steamer container and transfer to a dish
  • Favorite cottage cheese casserole (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)
  • If there is no multicooker, then you can bake it in the oven (preheated) at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Get it out as soon as it is ready - it will settle a little and that's fine.
  • Cut off a piece and serve either warm or cold. Delicious with milk!
  • Favorite cottage cheese casserole (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)
  • I serve with different sweet fillings, and this time I have caramel condensed milk

  • Bon Appetit!

Note

This recipe is very many years old, I don't even know how long. I can only say that I copied it into my culinary notebook when I was 17 years old - then I was visiting my friend, who, in turn, treated me to this casserole, and I was completely delighted with her! Sveta (this is the name of her friend) said that her mother and grandmother always cooked according to this recipe in their house.
This is how a favorite recipe of one family became a favorite in my family! It was the prehistory ...
And here, in fact, is the story itself associated with this recipe.
Several years ago, in the summer, a sister (of my husband) with two daughters came to visit us on vacation. They were with us for 2 weeks, but the program was compiled so tightly that it was possible to show them as much as possible.
Therefore, I tried to prepare something for breakfast quickly or in the evening, in advance. This is how this casserole was prepared one evening, the preparation of which takes 5 minutes, and the rest was done by the cartoon, which, in fact, was what I needed.
In the morning she served it cold. I put, as always, different fillings and ... for the girls (and they are 18 and 14 years old) I prepared different sandwiches. because their mother said that he does not eat cottage cheese and everything related to it. And buters are their most familiar and favorite breakfast. Well, said and done. Having prepared everything for breakfast, I first called the guests to the table, because we all gathered in turn - some washed and sat down to breakfast, others went to wash and prepare for breakfast. She herself also went to pack. I leave the bathroom, go into the kitchen and look - the sandwiches are not touched, and more than half of the casserole is gone ...I ask both husband and daughter, and when did you manage to have breakfast, after all, you should have had girls first? And mine, with a surprised look, say, "And we didn't eat ... they were waiting for you ..." I went up to Dana (that's the name of my husband's sister) and say, "Did the girls eat or didn't like the boaters? To which she answered," the casserole is just awesome, barely stopped them, how much they liked it. And in general, not a casserole, but some kind of tender soufflé. Then the nieces came up and said
- "Thank you very much! Aunt Galya, please give me the recipe! Mom will cook us at home."
This is how this recipe became a favorite for another family! We had to have breakfast with sandwiches that morning ...
Here's a story.
I would be glad if this recipe is useful to you too!

galchonok, thanks for the recipe. I also try different casserole recipes. I noticed that my children love cottage cheese more in casseroles and cheese cakes.
And in principle, only this should be the fat content? Otherwise I bought 12% fat, I hope I won't ruin it and everything will work out.

Nina, Lazerson just cooked cottage cheese casserole on TV food, so he asserts that for cheese cakes and casseroles - the fatter the better, I only bake from 18%

No, don't screw it up. It's just that I basically take low-fat cottage cheese for baking, because it always turns out great, but in the end there are fewer calories - this is the calculation.

Lazerson on TV food cooked cottage cheese casserole, so he claims that for cheese cakes and casseroles - the fatter the better
I thought so too, and I also watched Lazerson regularly when he was broadcasting his show on our St. Petersburg TV 10 years ago. But, 5 years ago I began to experiment with the fat content of cottage cheese. I started with 5%, and then successfully moved to 1.8%, and even buy low-fat. My friends who come to visit, or at work, when I bring ready-made pastries with cottage cheese, trying it, wondered how this could happen on low-fat cottage cheese? And now everyone bakes on low-fat, because they made sure that baking always turns out. But, as I said above, the cottage cheese must be of good (!!!) quality, the one you trust. After all, some write cottage cheese, in fact, a curd product or the technology for its preparation is not followed. And when such "curd" is mixed with other ingredients, it literally leaves with water.

Check mark, another way to check the quality of cottage cheese!
I'd like to cook!

Check mark, sorry to fit in, we only like 18%.

at work they were treated to a cake with a curd filling - fly away! meticulously sought the secrets of its homogeneity, could not understand anything until the price per kg of this cottage cheese was announced ... not cottage cheese in fact (for 100 rubles / kg), but you cannot tell the taste ...

eye, Tatyana, so you did not fit, you just expressed your point of view, maybe someone will come in handy and like it! For this, there is a discussion of the recipe. I, too, do not insist on cooking from low-fat cottage cheese, but simply tell how I cook myself. And the description of the recipe directly says

Put cottage cheese in a bowl, the fat content of which you choose according to your taste
... So everyone has their own choice

Thanks for the recipe! Today I cooked it, only replaced the milk with 20% cream (there was no milk). Curd 2%. Especially tasty when cooled down.
galchonok

galchonok
Anya, to your health! Thank you so much ! Hope you like it.

Check mark and in Panasonic 10 is there a difference in cooking?
galchonok
Ludmila, yes, it will take more time - it seems to me that 65 minutes + 45 minutes and 30 minutes of heating will be enough. And if you make half a portion, then the time will remain the same as for Panasonic-18.

Frunchik, to your health! Thank you for cooking and sharing your impressions!

And which manufacturer do you buy cottage cheese, reveal the secret
Yes, there is no secret, now (for six months) I always buy 5% Piskarevsky, only I must "go through it" with an immersion blender, otherwise it is slightly grainy in my opinion. And before I bought Novgorodsky (from which the casserole was made in the recipe) at home in the store 1.8% and their own zero. Now the store has been demolished, so it has switched to its own. I don't see any differences in quality, only grains
Frunchik
galchonok, once again THANK YOU !!! for these 4 days I bake for the third time.
And my sandwich son gave up sandwiches in favor of casseroles (just like in your story)
galchonok
To your health,Frunchik ! I am very glad that the recipe has found permanent residence in your family! Actually, for this, I posted it here, so that someone might find it useful!
