Lean mayonnaise based on flax flour

Ingredients

flaxseed flour 40 grams
boiling water 100g
vegetable oil 150 grams
mustard ready 0.5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 0.5 tsp
vinegar 9% 1 tsp
cold boiled water as needed

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the flour. Stir well, let cool completely.
  • Transfer to a hand blender glass.
  • Add sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar and oil.
  • Place your foot on the bottom and turn it on.
  • Hold this for a few seconds and begin to gradually raise.
  • Then beat until smooth.
  • Let's try. We bring to the desired taste.
  • If the sauce is too thick, then dilute with cold boiled water.
  • Lean mayonnaise based on flax flour
  • Fasting is delicious, and most importantly, we do not eat each other!

it should be taken exactly half of the portion (20 grams). the rest is all according to the recipe. and even with this amount of liquid, it is very thick. so I add 50 grams of vegetable oil and water.
very tasty mayonnaise. beat exactly as Angela writes. And be sure to completely cool the brewed flour. But I add salt and sugar when brewing - they dissolve quickly. Then it is easier to bring to taste.
