Ingredients

dry yeast 1.5 tsp

milk 150 g
water 140 g

Cooking method

  • Place yeast at the bottom of the bucket.
  • Add sifted flour, salt, sugar, milk and water at room temperature, softened butter.
  • Mode - "Basic" white bread (Panasonic has 4 hours).
  • The dough is soft, slightly sticky. During kneading, it collects into a ball, after stopping the scapula, it slowly settles, it does not smear along the bottom and walls of the bucket.
