Vinaigrette with lean bean mayonnaise

Ingredients

boiled potatoes in their skins 3-4 pieces
boiled carrots 1-2 pieces
turnip onion 1 piece
pickled cucumber 2-3 piece
boiled beets 1 piece
vinegar taste
sugar taste
salt taste
lean bean mayonnaise as needed

Cooking method

  • Pickle the onion.
  • Peel the onion, cut into half rings, pour over with boiling water.
  • Usually marinate all onions "by eye". About a glass of lukewarm water, a tablespoon of sugar and a couple of vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt. Allspice and lavrushka. I stir and taste. You can't define it that way. One is tasty for one, and another for another. Maybe you like less or more sugar or acid. Therefore, you can always add something or dilute with water. Only the water should be a little sour and a little sweeter from the norm, because the onion should take it.
  • Put onion and leave to marinate for a few hours.
  • We clean the vegetables and three on a coarse grater.
  • Grate cucumbers and squeeze.
  • We put everything in layers.
  • Potatoes, mayonnaise.
  • Cucumber, pickled onions, mayonnaise.
  • Carrots, mayonnaise.
  • Beets, mayonnaise.
  • Let it brew for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
