Chicken thighs with mushrooms in sour cream (multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18)

Ingredients

chicken thigh with skin, on the bone 5 pieces. (700-800 g)
frozen mushrooms 1 pack (400 g), I have "Assorted Mushrooms" (4 seasons)
sour cream 1 cup (250 g)
vegetable oil
salt

Cooking method

  • Defrost the mushrooms and drain the liquid.
  • Grease the bottom of the multicooker pan with vegetable oil.
  • Salt the chicken thighs and lay (skin down) in one layer on the bottom of the pan (I have 5 thighs), put a layer of mushrooms on top.

  • Insert the pan into the multicooker body and close the lid until it clicks.
  • Turn on the multicooker and set the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.
  • At the end of the program, open the lid and add sour cream, evenly distributing it.

  • Close the lid again, turn on the multicooker and set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes.

Note

I used the recipe "Chicken legs with mushrooms in sour cream", which I found on one of the multicooker sites, the author was not listed there.
I replaced the chicken legs with thighs, and the fresh champignons with a frozen mixture of wild mushrooms and champignons. I really liked the result.
