Root celery meatballs

Ingredients

Root celery 250 gr.
Fresh carrots 50 gr.
Semolina 2 tbsp. l.
Dry wheat bread 25 gr.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Flaxseed mayonnaise for minced meat for serving

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Grate celery on a coarse grater. Medium carrots: larger than small, but smaller than large. Mix the vegetables with salt, semolina and a crumb crumb. For stickiness, add lean mayonnaise about 2 tbsp. l. I really liked Flaxseed Angeline.

  • Lean mayonnaise based on flax flour (ang-kay)

  • I think bean-based mayonnaise, also Angeline, is also very tasty.

  • Lean bean mayonnaise (ang-kay)

  • Let the minced meat brew for 20-30 minutes.
  • Shaping meatballs with a meatball machine
  • Root celery meatballs
  • and fry them on all sides in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then, adding quite a bit of water, we extinguish them under the lid for no more than 10 minutes. For example, I eat right away. I love crunchy vegetables.
  • Serve with lean mayonnaise.

Note

I love root celery everywhere! Especially fried. I replace them with potatoes.
The meatballs are delicious and quirky.
