vegetable oil 3st l
fresh yeast 20g
pumpkin 1 kg
sugar 200gr
lemon pulp 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Honestly, I was treated to a pumpkin. We were presented with a small bucket of (raw) pumpkin rolled through a meat grinder with sugar and lemon. I kept it in the freezer. I took it out of the freezer when I had already kneaded the dough and laid it on the cheesecakes, a little frozen.
  • While the dough was coming up, I ate half of the bucket, I will tell you such a delicious thing
  • I kneaded the dough in a food processor with 2/3 of the amount of flour, after 30 minutes, added butter and the remaining flour. I kneaded the dough for 5 minutes, left it to rest for 30 minutes, knead again for 10 minutes and left it to rise for about an hour, until it increased by two, two and a half times.
  • Then she put the dough on a floured table and rolled it into a layer of about 0.7 cm.
  • I cut out round cakes, made a depression inside with a glass.

  • She left the cakes for a few minutes, then put about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center, greased with a beaten egg and baked in a preheated oven until golden brown.
