Lemon cupcake (from the instructions)

Ingredients

Flour 210 g
Sugar 150 g
Margarine 150 g
Egg 4 things.
Lemon juice and zest of 1 lemon
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Raisins 100 g
Mold oil

Cooking method

  • Instead of margarine, I took butter + ghee in equal proportions (as they say what happened). I put 3 eggs, there were no more, instead of baking powder I put soda, a little more than 1/2 tsp.
  • Beat butter with sugar (cane fine) white, add eggs, lemon, zest, then flour. Last but not least, soda and raisins.
  • Baked for 50 minutes.

I did yesterday, I mixed a recipe from a book for a multi with a recipe from a book for a mulinex bread machine
here's what happened:
3 eggs
130 g sugar
chips. salt
90 grams of melted butter drain! + 1 tbsp. l. olive
210 gr flour with baking powder (Pounds)
zest of 1 Abkhaz lemon + 1 tsp. lemon sugar

I mixed eggs with sugar and salt, then butter there, then flour, zest in the dough. a saucepan from a multi oiled plum.
put on baking 65 minutes, + 15 on heating. it turned out excellent, yellowish (the eggs were homemade with an almost orange yolk) and tasty.

Girls, I didn't bake. Since I gave the multicooker to my daughter (thanks to Yukka). This is her first baking
LEMON CAPE according to Irina Kutova's recipe
DOUGH
2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 200g softened butter, 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda, vanillin
IMPREGNATION
3 ~ 5 tsp lemon juice, 6 tsp icing sugar

Grate the lemon zest (top yellow layer of the peel) on a fine grater; squeeze the juice.
Grind softened butter with sugar, vanilla, turmeric, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest.
Stir in flour mixed with baking soda. Beat the egg whites until they become firm and stir gently into the dough.
Put the dough in a mold and bake in the baking mode for 1.5 hours. Do not open the multicooker for 10 minutes after the end of baking.
Make an impregnation: stir lemon juice with powdered sugar.

An orange was used instead of a lemon. And there was no turmeric. The cupcake is very tender and delicious.

kko4ka, I really want a tanoy tender and tasty cupcake, because I eat little for cupcakes. And I don't have a multicooker! Will this recipe work in a conventional oven?

I don't know, but I think it will. Only at low temperatures. And the cake turned out to be dark honey in color, it just melts in your mouth.
