Ingredients

rice porridge on water (50 rice + 120 water) 150 grams
water 150 grams
vegetable oil b / s 70 grams
sugar 70-80 grams
salt 1 teaspoon under the knife
wheat flour / grade 400 gram
pressed yeast 15 grams
vanilla taste
any filling
strong very sweet tea for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Boil the porridge in water, do not salt.
  • Pour the porridge with water and puree.
  • Dilute yeast in this suspension.
  • Kneading the dough in KhP using the "Dough" program (5 * 5 * 10)
  • Pour rice water into a bucket, add sugar, butter, vanilla and flour.
  • After 5 minutes of mixing, add salt.
