Chicken liver on an onion pillow at Princess

Ingredients

chicken liver 500-800 g
onions are not spicy 5-6 pcs.
butter 50-70 g
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

In a silicone pizza form, which has higher sides, I put onion cut into half rings half the height, salt and pepper.
I put the chicken liver on top of the onion, straightening it in a layer, without cutting it as it is. The liver tray does not fit closely, the two trays are slightly overlapped. I put pieces of butter on top of the liver. I turn on the stove for 15 minutes. I turn off, open, quickly turn the pieces of liver over, add and pepper them. I close the stove. I leave it for another 20 minutes. I turn it over so that the upper, already baked side of the liver softens and sweats in onion sauce.
Very tender, aromatic, tasty. Fast and easy to prepare. Good both as a separate dish with bread and as a side dish.

Note
I cook fried liver on a Teflon rug, without onions - I lay out the plates, salt, pepper, pieces of butter on top, for 15 minutes on, 15-20 minutes off, the liver turns out to be fried, firm, but not dry. I do not turn it over, the liver is fried from below and baked from above. Men's food.

Irina, what does an onion pillow look like? Not what is an onion pillow, but literally what does it look like after being princess - color, externally baked or boiled?
Jiri
Irina, I will definitely try, so I haven't cooked chicken liver yet!
Irgata
The onions in the princess are prepared beautifully - translucent, soaked in oil, not boiled or baked, still more stewed, if you do not keep it on for more than 15 minutes. I always use a lot of onions, and in the princess they are very tasty. Eggs can then be knocked into it by making windows so that they bake faster.

Thank you, I will definitely try to cook it like that, I think it will turn out delicious.

Tasty, tasty - and, most importantly, a minimum of effort. With beef liver a little longer - you still need to peel and cut it, and chicken liver -

What is the difference between a pioneer and cutlets? -Cutlets still need to be fried, but the pioneer is always ready!

The liver without everything - I grease the silicone mold with butter (recently I have been using butter Guy, lay out the liver in shape, in one layer, turn it on for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces, turn it over, salt-pepper, turn it off, in 10-15 minutes it is ready crispy perfumed liver.

Thank you, very rewarding experience, Irish!
I only cook pates from chicken liver. We must try how you cook. And with and without a bow!
Ir, and if I'm at home alone, I have a lot in the princess ...
Where is it still possible? Advise.
Little Redick?
A little slow? Do you have any experience with this?
I bought it, 205!
I want to say, she is nimble! Rather a small slow cooker than a slow one. Reminds me of my calm Panasik 10. But the bowl is smaller in size and is ceramic.

Rita, if in one person, then quickly and not so little - in the TRAVOLA pancake maker, the "plates" in it are not so small. Without onion, 3 chicken livers per "platter".
It sticks, however, in the grass, maybe ORION has better coverage?
Any cartoon on a hot program too
I didn’t do it in Kit205, he lives with my mother.

or here's another multifunctional device

Oh, Irish, there is no pancake maker, but there is Omelet Maker Travola! Great size and fry bless you! I somehow forgot about her! Exactly, I want to cook it too.
Thank you!

have Omelette Travola
aaa .. yes, yes, I forgot about her. Yes - you can cram a lot of livers into it, and certainly on an onion pillow)), the depth allows. Or under an onion blanket, as you like.

I cooked it!
It was delicious!
At the Travolta Omelette.
Very juicy onion. He slightly "caramelized" - I warmed up the omelette, greased it with olive oil.
Then I laid the onion in half rings, lightly sprinkled with sugar, and immediately on top - pieces of chicken liver.
Salted and pepper.
Baked for 15 minutes.
The liver is very tender!
Thank you, Irochka.

Here!
This is the cooking process.

Rita...
Wow !! what a beauty!
You even sprinkled the onion with sugar - it's cool.
I also cooked the other day in Klatronica, onions for the liver, and half a frying pan for coarsely cut potatoes.
Delicious, in Klatronica, stripes on top, appetizing.
