Cooking method

And the peritoneum is very tasty, I know that, every summer we bake a whole ram on a spit. And the belly is so delicious, with a crispy crust, maybe there is fat and it is baked and ... all the drool has flowed
Therefore, I decided to use this part for minced meat. My husband went to the butcher shop specially for this ram. All the meat there is the freshest. He also bought me veal tongues and pork. All the meat is gorgeous.
