  • Little by little add sugar to the softened butter, grind.
  • Then we drive in the eggs one by one.
  • Pour in flour with baking powder and vanilla.

  • Divide into 3 equal parts.
  • We add cocoa to the first one, I put 1 tablespoon, a strong chocolate flavor is not needed.
  • The second part is raisins.
  • In the third - chopped walnuts.
  • Silicone oven.
  • I have a uniform for the whole princess.
  • Depending on the size of the mold, the oven is cold for 8-10 minutes, and it is turned off for 10 minutes.
  • Do not overdry!
  • Cool down.
  • Make a cream, layer, coat the side.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add butter. Mix.
  • Pour onto the top cake, smooth out quickly.

I realized for myself that if you use a wide form, then it is better to divide the dough in half and bake two cakes, since mine turned out to be thin, not cut. There was sour cream at home, whipped it with sugar. This gave the cake a pleasant sourness. What kind of glaze ?! The cake had to be finished urgently and I rubbed the chocolate. The cake turned out with a bang! Thanks for the recipe. This is the first cake in my Princess.
