Boar meat (fatty) 800 g

Elk meat 1200 g

Milk 250 g
Eggs (I have a linen substitute) 2 pcs
Salt 20 g
Sugar 10 g
Ground black pepper 3 g
Dry thyme 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Boar and elk meat must first be soaked for 12 hours, periodically changing the water. Next, dry the meat with towels (we don't need extra moisture). At the exit, we have this boar meat (with fat):
