Mixed minced meat 200-220 g

Water 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Our family is very fond of casseroles. I cook them often. I use a wide variety of products: cereals, vegetables, meat, fish. This casserole is one of my favorites. Delicious. Nourishing.
  • Cooking.
  • Preparation of minced meat.
  • I cut the onion into small cubes, fry until golden brown. I add minced meat to the pan, bring it to light browning, but not to full readiness.

  • (Sometimes, as an option, I add a little liquid at the end and put it out a little under the lid. I add the resulting meat juice to the filling.)
  • Preparing vegetables and cheese.
  • Peel potatoes, carrots and zucchini. I cut the vegetables thinly. For this I use the Burner Prima grater. For potatoes and zucchini, I set the thickness to the 2nd after the thinnest. (There is a toothpick in the photo for comparison.) For carrots, I use the thinnest cuts.

  • I rub the cheese on a coarse grater. I use the simplest one - "Russian".
  • Fill.
  • I put sour cream into a faceted glass, pour in cream (if not, use liquid from minced meat), add mayonnaise and water. I add some salt. The filling should be similar in consistency to kefir.

  • I grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil. I spread the prepared products in layers:
  • 1) 2/3 of the zucchini slightly overlap (I leave beautiful slices for the top), add a little salt;
  • 2) all potatoes are overlapped;
  • 3) minced meat with onions;
  • 4) 1/3 zucchini, add some salt;
  • 5) carrot slices.
  • I pour the fill on top.

  • Baking.
  • IN 1. I put the casserole in preheated to 180 degrees. oven for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, sprinkle the casserole with cheese. And I leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • IN 2. I put the casserole in the cold Princess pizza oven. After 25 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and leave for another 5 minutes.

  • Serving the casserole in the form. I put them on plates right on the table.
  • Pickles are a great addition to the casserole.

Once in a culinary publication I saw a combination of zucchini and potatoes in one dish with such a thin cut. It became very curious. But I must say that we do not like stewed and baked zucchini (even with meat!). I also don't like potatoes with other vegetables at all, maximum onions and a little carrots (for color). Therefore, having conceived to combine potatoes and zucchini in one dish, I took great risks. I doubted the result. And I was worried! In case of failure, I really did not want to be left alone with a whole casserole dish.

But it turned out great! Everything was harmonious. My men, literally swallowing each of their portions, began to glance at the rest of the casserole. I had to give it to them, assuring them that I was already full (although I would not have refused the supplement myself).

Since then, I often cook this fantasy for dinner. I even prepared for the winter almost a whole box in the freezer of thinly sliced ​​marrow. So the packages are signed: "For casseroles."

I sometimes change the amount of ingredients. I can also make the sauce a little differently (the main thing is that it is thinner). I also used chicken pieces in combination with minced meat. No less tasty.

Try making one layer of courgettes the first time, but cut them thinly as I recommended. I think this option will definitely please. And then, when they taste it, you can add more zucchini. Mine no longer even notice zucchini in this casserole, and do not remember that they did not like baked ones before.
