Beat eggs with sugar until they increase in volume, about 8-10 minutes, add sifted flour and baking powder at slow speed, add boiling water and rast. oil. I bake in a slow cooker for 85 minutes. High biscuit, cut into 6 cakes. 3-4 is enough for a cake.
The cream is made from Swiss meringue (Wet meringue) and curd-butter cream.

Impregnation:
Important! I always have freshly brewed coffee, thanks to the coffee machine. For a glass of coffee - 2 teaspoons of sugar.

After the cake is frozen in the refrigerator, there will be no alignment. I get up to 3-4 x. Ideally, of course, plaster, but I don't. Then the cake behaves well. Bon Appetit!
