  • I always cooked cabbage in meat broth. As a last resort - from chicken. I don’t remember what prompted me to make it with sausage, but for the last 6 years I have cooked it this way.
  • I do it in a 5-liter saucepan, because in our family it "flies" very quickly!
  • 1. I cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil + margarine (50 g) until the onion is transparent.
  • I cut the boiled sausage into cubes, add to the onion and fry well until golden brown.
