Ingredients

250 g flour
125 g butter
125 g sugar
1 egg
zest of 1 large lemon
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Whisk the softened butter and sugar in a bowl, add the egg and stir. Chop the zest, put it in a bowl. Sift flour there, knead thoroughly.
  • Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Then roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick layer. Cut the biscuits with a round, serrated cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven preheated to 180-190 C for 15 minutes. Cool the finished cookies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
