Ingredients

Beetroot (medium) 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 2-3 cloves.
Lime 1 PC.
Ginger root 50 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the beets, grate on a coarse grater.

  • Quenching. Multicooker Steba DD2 XL. Teflon bowl.
  • - Turn on the Roasting mode, 15 minutes (by default).
  • - We are waiting for a beep (pan / bowl - heated).
  • - Pour in olive oil (1 tablespoon), load onions and beets.
  • - Fry, stirring occasionally. (On Roasting mode - 15 minutes.)
  • - After finishing Roasting, close the lid. The valve is closed.
  • - Vegetables mode 0.7. 5 minutes.
  • - We are waiting for the pressure to drop ~ 10-15 minutes. The device switches to the “Heating” mode.
  • Or, you can use the "classic" method - in a pan on the stove.
  • Beetroot with ginger. Snack (stewed beet)
  • Crush (in a garlic press) or grate the garlic cloves.
  • / Rub or crush - it makes no difference! /
  • Grate peeled ginger root.

  • When the beets are done, mix them with the grated ginger and garlic.
  • Above - squeeze lime juice to make the beetroot snack more intense. You can add a little salt.

  • Lime juice can be squeezed out simply by hand, without additional devices.
  • I used a citrus cone juicer.
  • A complex of vitamins: beets, garlic, ginger, lime - in one salad! Sharp enough.
