Ingredients

Water 240 ml
Pressed yeast 14 g
Milk 3.2% 50 ml
Sugar 15 g
1st grade flour 410 g
Butter 25 g
Wheat bran 40 gi
Vegetable oil for a mixer 10 g

Cooking method

  • I bought some wonderful locally made bran and decided to bake bread from first grade flour with the addition of bran.
  • Pour vegetable oil on a mixer and put all the ingredients in order, as they are listed, except for butter and bran. Be sure to sift the flour, heat the water a little, and take the milk at room temperature. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Select the medium crust and the Fast Bread program. Once mixing has begun, add the melted butter. When the stove beeps (about 14 minutes after the start of the program), add the bran. All the bran evenly interfered with the dough, the bun turned out to be even. The aroma in the kitchen was delicious when baking. The bread turned out to be very smooth, golden, tasty, with a thin crispy crust and aromatic crumb.
