Cooking method

  • As always, everything is as fast and simple as possible. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add milk (you can from the refrigerator), softened butter (don't melt), flour and literally a gram of salt. We mix everything well, form a bun, a small portion - easier with handles. We roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of three millimeters, cut it arbitrarily, it can be larger, like mine, with straws or whatever your fantasy tells you. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper (grease with vegetable oil) and bake in an oven preheated to 180C until golden brown, depending on the type of cheese and oven, this is from 15 to 25 minutes. Remove the biscuits hot from the baking sheet, they are quite strong, do not crumble and melt in the mouth both warm and cold.
