Pasta in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10

Ingredients

Any pasta 300 gr.
The water is cold
Butter taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • So pasta is boiled in any MV on a mode that quickly evaporates the liquid.
  • In this CF, this is the "Buckwheat" mode.
  • Take the required amount of pasta, pour it into a bowl, add salt, pour water so that the pasta is only covered with water and even sticks out of it) in the photo it should be visible, stir. Put pieces of butter on top of the pasta (you can pour over the vegetable).
  • Turn on the "Buckwheat" mode. Touch mode, MB itself determines the cooking time.
  • I had 300 grams of pasta, cooked for about 30 minutes. But I usually open the lid when they boil, stir. And sometimes I even turn off the program before turning it off on its own, because the pasta is ready.
  • You can wait for the signal to end the program.
  • The pasta is delicious, not overcooked. And cooking them in this way is quick and not difficult, since there is no need to drain the pasta.
  • Raw.

There is probably not a single family where at least once a week they have not prepared pasta, noodle soup, dumplings and other heaped products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which must be cooked before serving. You must admit that the menu, which includes flour products from boiled dough, is to everyone's liking, although it is much more troublesome for the hostess to prepare this kind of dish than the usual one. Of course, any people consider their favorite national dish the most delicious. For Slovaks, for example, these are dumplings, which are prepared in various ways - with feta cheese, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, with fresh and sauerkraut, etc. Appetizing and homemade noodles: they are served with a variety of seasonings and additions - with cottage cheese, poppy seeds, nuts, jam, etc. Who doesn't like dumplings with cottage cheese, berries, lazy dumplings? Dumplings with berries and fruits can be prepared ns only in summer, when there is a huge selection of fresh fruits, but also throughout the year, using candied canned or frozen berries and fruits as a filling. Often included in the menu are dishes made from flour and potatoes, for example, potato tortillas typical of Czechoslovak cuisine, potato pancakes baked on a baking sheet in the oven, potato pancakes made from boiled crushed potatoes and flour - salty, sweet, with gravy, stuffed, usually poppy ...

It is interesting to note that in modern Slovak cuisine, the traditions of making flour products from boiled dough are still alive, the hostess knows the list for each season. In the summer months, it is recommended to cook marten with berries and fruits, in the fall - with cabbage, in winter - from potatoes, using jam, compotes, feta cheese, cottage cheese as a filling, more often, however, cabbage, and sauerkraut. In the spring, dumplings with feta cheese and young greens appear on the table. Our advice to housewives is to try to regularly use mature flour products in your diet, reasonably making a menu for the week: then such dishes will never get bored.

Instead of butter, you can use margarine, table fat. table lard. Of course, it is easy to reduce or increase the portion of the seasoning - it's up to your taste.

It's not very good to fit into someone else's recipe with advice, but I can't resist sharing a little trick when cooking pasta (I spied on Chuchelka, and this was a complete discovery for me).
Immediately after the end of the regime, you need to pour literally a couple of spoons of milk into the multicooker bowl, mix and close the lid for a few minutes. Macaros become juicy and somehow self-sufficient. Now that's the only way I do

In the absence of a stove - a great option
RepeShock

I don't remember when I cooked pasta last time on the stove
The CF is much more convenient.
Stove in place)

Somehow I didn't have a chance to cook pasta in Panasika. Cooked in other cartoons with the "pasta" mode.
Now I will try to cook and mold milk in Panas.

I am still a lazy person, if I have a stove, it is 1000% easier for me to cook pasta in a pan for one simple reason - the pan can be washed in PM. This will not work with a saucepan from MV.

But on the road - perfect!
Guzel62
Thanks for the recipe! Very interesting! For me, EVERYTHING was a revelation: and that in Panasika you can cook pasta, and that you need to fill them with COLD water, and that you do not need to drain! Just stunned! That was surprised! I will definitely try. Yesterday I just cooked pasta for "Pasta in the Navy" on the stove (as usual). So, due to the fact that several dishes were being prepared at the same time, I almost digested them (into porridge). And to have an early look at the recipes? There would be no problem! Thanks again!
Now Panasik will have to work more often (we eat pasta often), otherwise it has been idle more often lately.

I also didn't know what to cook on "Buckwheat". Need to try! Usually I did it on "Steam cooking", there it is even faster, especially if you pour boiling water over it. If you want crispy ones, then at the "Pastry".
In the same way, I prepare dumplings, dumplings, sometimes even purchased ones.
And if you add cottage cheese to the finished pasta, mix and warm it up, you get super-duper-lazy dumplings with cottage cheese
If sometimes you want "real" long pasta, I just suffer - you need to boil the water, make sure not to run away, and then wash these slippery saucepan, colander, ladle

Guzel, honestly, I thought that everyone has long known how to cook pasta in mv.
Would have written a recipe long ago.
I just have it on the machine and a hassle-free duty dish, when there is nothing ready, but I want to eat right now)))
I threw it, poured it, turned it on and half an hour would not noticeably pass, and the pasta was ready.
Of course, you need to experiment with water, different pasta take water in different ways.
But most importantly, pasta is not boiled in this way, and good pasta is very tasty, I am just a bastard from one smell)
Well, and, for a long time, I didn't even have a colander, because I don't need it.
Cook to your health!

I don’t know how on other programs (I think that it should boil with steam), but on Buckwheat it turns out superb, and you don’t need to follow, the program will end itself when the water boils away.
By the way, sometimes the pasta is fried here too, making it tastier.
Try to do it on Grechka, I'm sure you will like it

Pola
RepeShock, Hello! Have you tried pouring boiling water? Is there a difference?
RepeShock

Hello, Pola! Have not tried. I don't quite understand why this is necessary. MV heats up quickly.
I am of the opinion that it is not necessary to pour boiling water into a cold bowl of MV, and the products do not become better from this, everything should happen naturally.

If you try, share how you like it more
Pola
RepeShock, and if you cook not just pasta, but fry something before that (onions, carrots, other vegetables, or meat), and then lay the pasta. Then the bowl is hot and it is undesirable to pour cold water into it ...
RepeShock

Apparently, yes, for the bowl it is better not to pour cold water.
Although, I still pour water at room temperature into pilaf.
Zamorochka
To my shame, I could not even imagine that it is possible to cook pasta in a multicooker.Today I did it, thanks to Irina's idea. The taste is really different than in a saucepan on the stove, this is such a delicious, I could not even imagine And most importantly, no now stamps with reclining, digestion, etc.
Cooked in little Filka, on "porridge", without changing any settings.
Ira, I take off my hat for such a cool idea
RepeShock

Zamorochka, Checkmark, I am very glad that the recipe came in handy!
It's really easy and, most importantly, delicious.
Tanya-Fanya
RepeShok-Irochka, what delicious your macaroons! Thank you so much! I cook in Panasonic mhs 181 as well on "Buckwheat".
There were no pasta the other day, but there was spaghetti. The experiment was a success! They are so pleasantly dried that the husband now asks to "cook the pasta in the cartoon, they are so delicious, sugary"
RepeShock

Tanechka, glad I liked the recipe
Dried are obtained .... hmm, add a little water, I never came out dried.

And the pasta is really delicious.
Tanya-Fanya
RepeShok-Irochka, sorry not to convey the intonation in the post :-)
Dried are obtained in a good way, like "aldente"

This morning I had to quickly prepare lunch with me. I remembered that there are meatballs in the refrigerator. I thought and thought that I would quickly figure it out and decided to throw everything into the multicooker: meatballs, onions, carrots and pasta. The slow cooker recently, never cooked pasta, decided to play it safe and look at the search on the forum. This recipe popped up first. We were tormented by questions about the amount of water. RepeShock, Irina, Your recipe dispelled doubts. I turned on the "pilaf" mode, 30 minutes and lunch is ready, and I'm ready to go to work! I came to say thank you! Cartoon I have Redmond RMS-M25

Irishik, it's all me. I'm finishing it.Not a dish, but just a feast for the stomach. I wanted to send another thank you, but not yet.
It's sooo tasty !!!
But I thought that Panas was only capable of porridge.

Ritochka, to your health!
Thanks for stopping by

Irishik, that's all I go back and forth.
I liked the very option of cooking macaroons. Highly! She poured pasta, poured water, salted, oiled, and on top almost over the entire surface of the coclet. Everything was being prepared for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Vkusnaaaa !!!!
Never again will I boil pasta. All!

Rituslya, Rita, and I put cutlets on the contrary from below. On the "pilaf" program, they are slightly fried even. Above I wrote a review with a photo.
Rituslya
Olya2017, yeah, Olenka, thanks! And I huddle the whole Grech program. So delicious, so delicious, that almost nothing remains. The juice from the cocells flows down and directly into the macaros. Om-Nom-nom!
On Plov, you should also try. Thank you!

RepeShock, Irina, I came to say THANK YOU for this way of cooking pasta in a slow cooker! Now I cooked them in your way and was very, very pleased! Everything is simple, fast and delicious! The main thing is not to boil the pasta, drain, rinse in a colander. I cooked in my little mule for 3 liters. Mystery-18. There are only 7 modes and the time is not set. First, I fried cutlets in it (by the way, I fry everything in it: from frying for first courses to cutlets and fish) in no multicooker or pressure cooker this can be achieved even in Shtebe. She took out the cutlets and poured about 300-350 gr into the bowl. macaros (I had Makfa in the form of a flower), poured it with filtered water from a jug, barely covering it, salted it with Tasty salt, added 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (I had a Donskoy b / z.), mixed and ... began to look for the same mode to cook them. I chose "Steamer" and was not mistaken! During cooking, I opened it twice and mixed it. By the end of the program. the water had almost evaporated, the pasta was boiled. The cartoon went to Podogrev, and I put the cutlets on top of the macaros so that they were hot when my son arrived. Here I wrote all that is necessary and not necessary. Irina, thanks again!
Kokoschka
Super! I have not cooked yet, but I realized that the recipe was a godsend !!!!
I sent my son to a student and I will definitely try it myself!
