Ingredients

Sprouted wheat 30g (sprouting myself, but you can buy)
Rye flour 150g
Flaxseed flour 50g
Sour cream 150-170g
Sugar, salt pinch
Vegetable oil, olive 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I sprout wheat myself, I buy wheat for sprouting clean, very convenient. I germinate in a thermoservice.
  • Grind wheat in a Bamiks blender, add rye flour, flaxseed flour, sour cream, or any other sour milk.
  • We mix all the ingredients well, adjust the liquid, so that we get a sticky dough like plasticine.
  • Break off pieces from a small apple.
  • Roll it out between plastic bags, it's just more convenient for me.
  • We bake until tender. Inside they have a feeling of dampness, but this is not so, baked in a pancake for 10 minutes.
