Apple roll fast

Ingredients

Egg 4 things.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Wheat flour 3/4 Art.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Average apple 4-5 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they become stiff. Whisking continuously, gradually add sugar and then, one by one, the yolks.
  • Sift flour with baking powder, and using a wooden spoon, carefully and thoroughly mix it into the beaten mass.
  • Sort the apples, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  • The resulting juice should be drained.
  • Place the grated apples on a large baking sheet lined with baking paper and level. I laid it out on a non-stick mat.
  • Pour the dough over the apples.
  • Bake the roll at a temperature of 170-180 * C for 30-40 minutes.
  • Turn the hot roll onto a kitchen towel,
  • remove the paper and roll the apples inside.
  • The roll can be brushed with whipped cream and
  • apply a grid of melted chocolate or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar
