Baking powder 18 g

Cooking method

  • I tried it. And since they did not use yeast for a very long time, this recipe was used instead of cake.
  • Beat the softened butter and sugar.
  • Introduce eggs one at a time.
  • Pour in milk, add zest and raisins. Mix well.
  • Sift flour, mix with baking powder and knead the dough.
  • Bake in a pie tin at T = 180 * C, 1 hour.
  • Coat the finished cake with melted chocolate and garnish with topping. Well, I did it that way, and you probably have a more interesting option))
