Ingredients

Rye flour 250 g
Dried fried onions 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 \ 3 tsp
Water 180 g
Vegetable oil 20 g

Cooking method

  • Add oil, shape into a ball.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll a ball out of each. Put it on the board.
  • Further options are possible. You can roll out each cake with a rolling pin and bake in a dry frying pan on both sides. The dough is very soft, you can flatten it with your hands. but the rolling pin will be neater.)
  • I baked in a chapatnitsa. It's faster and not difficult at all. Since the dough has not matured, it is necessary to press the lid without effort and no more than 2 times. Bake with the lid open on both sides.
  • Cover the finished cakes with a towel to soften. Although I really like the crunchy edges.
