  • It started with the fact that I baked the most ordinary biscuit and something attacked me so lazy to finish a cake out of it and then I decided on potatoes.
  • I did not extract the biscuit for a day, as many advise, but simply cooled it, cut it into pieces and chopped it as I could in a blender.
  • Then I made butter cream (butter + condensed milk) and mixed with biscuit.
  • I left a little cream and dyed it green for the leaves.
  • She made "potatoes" from the biscuit mass, rolled them in a mixture of cocoa and sugar and brought them out into the cold.
  • P.s. The biscuit was 24cm in diameter and 4-5cm high.
  • It took 130g for the cream. sl. oil and 100gr. condensed milk.
  • Art. a spoonful of cocoa and a few tablespoons of granulated sugar per eye.
  • It turned out about 18-20 pieces. medium "potatoes"
