From the comments - if you bake with winter apples, remove the peel. The zest is very beautiful!
I also didn't put powder on top (I forgot). When I came to my senses, I realized that it was delicious and so. The next day, the crumb ripens slightly, and it seems to me that it becomes even tastier. So you can bake "at night" to eat for breakfast.
